I should've known. [ HELLUVA BOSS ] [ Striker x Blitzo]

This isn't like him.

Stolas was taken by to his castle
after the incident, healers were
sorrounding him and checking
On his wounds as he laid unconsious

Octavia was on the other side of the bed sitting down by a chair, holding
her father's hand, when she first heard of what happened she was
in shock, she broke down into tears
but mostly kept it to herself, and her
mother stella was just silent and distant as expected.

"We are so sorry we couldn't protect
him your highness" moxxie said,
standing behind octavia but making
sure to keep a good distance to give
octavia her space, "No." Octavie said
"Don't worry about it, you all did your
best." she finished.

The healers had finished doing their job as they looked at Octavia and
the 2 imps and hellhound and 2 servants in the room.
"He shall be fine for now, it might
take a while for him to get back his
strength, due to the blessed tipped
rifle. For now make sure he eats well
and does not use his magic." the
healers bowed down and took their
leave as Gaurds escorted them out.

Octavia looked over to her father's
closed eyes, and slightly gripped on
his hand. "You'll be fine, dad.. Please be fine." octavia felt a few tears escape, and used her free hand to
pull down her beanie to hide her face.

Moxxie and millie felt extremely bad
And looked at eachother for moment,
millie gave moxxie a signal to say
something and moxxie turned back "Octa-" before moxxie could finish
3 Gaurds came in through the doors
"You 3 must leave now. By order by
Princess stella. We shall escort you."

Millie sighed and went to the gaurds
and so did loona, moxxie took 1 more
Glance at octavia before following
aswell.

After the Gaurds closed down the
Gates after escorting them out the
kingdom loona broke the silence
"And you'd think Blitz would be
around." loona said, not making
eye contact with the 2 small imps.

"I know." millie said sadly.
"Where could he be? You guys don't
Think he was kidnapped again
Right?" moxxie said, worry and fear written on his face. "I don't think so."
Millie answered.

"...do you think he run off with that
striker guy?" loona added, with a tint
of somewhat fear in her eyes worrying blitz might never come back. But it was obvious she tried to
hide it.

"What?"
Both millie and moxxie said at the
Same time.

"No no no no Sir wouldn't ditch us like that! I mean he's our boss and friend and your FATHER! and without him
Who's gonna run I.M.P?" moxxie
tried to be the calm one but it was
obvious he was starting to overthink.
"Moxxie!" millie run over to her husband's side to calm him down

"Moxxie lets not assume the worst that quickly, alright hun? Right now
all we have to do is to look for blitz,
This isn't the first he's disapeared
so we'll find him in no time!" millie
assured both moxxie and loona

"But i am certain he run off with striker somewhere." loona said.
"Alright then! To the wrath ring
once again!" moxxie said confidently and started marching, while millie
smiled happily that her husband was
okay again, and loona just sighed in frustration because she was too tired
to go back but had to.

Little did they know, a Goetia was listening to their convo.
Stella hummed to herself. "If that
imp stolas oh so loves so much is
with striker, then it means striker
must've gotten that imp to join him"
stella's monotone expression then
changed into a menacing grin.

"If that is so, then this will be much easier"

Stella walked into a hallway and began to formulate a new plan..

[ ▫ ❇ ▫ ]

Striker groaned slightly as he felt
himself slowly be concious again
And he felt a bit of weight on him
he slowly opened his eyes to find
non other than blitzo's eyes piercing through his soul, "G'morning" blitzo
said innocently as if whatever he
was doing wasn't creepy or weird at all.

As much as Blitzo was skilled in combat and guns and knew
when to get serious, he was still,
... Blitzo

Striker groaned and sat up, slightly
changing their position when he sat up as to now blitzo was on his lap
Still directly staring at him unfazed.

"God, how long have you been awake?" striker asked, placing
his hand over his head because
he had an hungover because of last
night "since 4am." blitzo said cassually. "And what time is it now?"
Striker asked.

"8am i think." blitzo answered.
Striker palmed his face and let his
hand slide down. "Oh satan." striker
mumbled to himself.

Blitzo has been watching him sleep
for 4 hours straight.

Striker looked back at blitzo who
still had the same look at his face,
He sighed, he knew he was gonna
need to get use to this as because blitzo is unpredictable at times.

Striker was fully awake now and
just realized blitzo was sitting on his
lap and things got 10 times more
awkward if it already wasn't awkward enough. "wanna get
some breakfast for us and bombproof?" striked asked.

"FUCK YEAH!" Blitzo said and immidiately got off striker and run outside to go get bombproof.

"Well ain't this a fine way to wake up to" Striker said and stood and taking his time to stretch before catching up
with blitzo.

Back at the castle

Octavia stood by the window,
while her father was still unconcious on the bed and resting.

She's been doing nothing but crying
and listening to her music in hopes
To feel better and that things would
go back to normal soon.

She opened up the windows and looked out, a gush of wind hit
her and her feathers swayed.

She thought about her father's incident that happened not so long ago, then she thought about the culprit, the one who hurt her
father, whoever they were, she started feeling her blood boil,
Anger rising within her, whoever
has done this to her father,

They better pray to god that had disowned them.
