Oh, and yeah, today is my birthday, no joke, no tricking. It's legit September 11th. (It's awkward when I've got a class and then the teachers notice it's my birthday and now they're just being awkward and they just don't know what to say, so thank FUCK it's a weekend for me)
I would like to say September 11th was a serious attack, and we should definitely remember those who lost their lives in the attack.
And now I'll tell you a funny birthday story I had a few years back.
So basically my sister was talking to someone, and she metntioned that she had a sister (me).
Person: Oh, you have a sister? When's her birthday??
My sister: September 11th
Person: Oh, I'm so sorry
Yeah, I'm sorry I was born too, fam.
My teachers always start the day with "This is an important and somber day" They more or less say we shouldn't laugh about this (valid) and that there's not many reason to be happy today (not valid).
It's all shits and giggles until someone goes, "Uh, miss? It's (my name)'s birthday today."
"O-oh. Um, well h-happy birthday!" And then an awkward silence just goes over the class. It's the most awkward time ever.
So if it's you birthday today too, then HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!!
On a serious note, I really hope I didn't offend anyone in the 9/11 event. If it offends anyone, please let me know so I can take it down. Just thought I'd tell you all. Anyways, these are all first world problems😙💅, so don't worry 'bout me. PEACE OUT!
