Hey everyone...OK so I know i've been M.I.A. for awhile and I'm not even going to try and make up some lame ass excuse.
Anyway with the disclaimer. I DO NOT own any pictures, videos, or quote that i many use in this story. However I do own the plot line and the story. Another thing if there are any mistakes in the chapter or anything does not line up with the story in this chapter or an other please let me know so I can fix it. I don't have a beta to go over the chapters before i post them so I'm just basically typing from my writing notebook onto word then copying it onto here. So once again if there is anything in the story that does not line up or any grammar errors please let me know.
The picture on the side is Bomani.

Amunet’s P.O.V.
(Dream)
“Mommy, can you sing the song again? Please.”
“Of course my Emerald, but then you must go to sleep.”
I watch the scene play out again. It’s always this scene of me with my parents or the other one. There is only one difference. In this one I look a little older and the woman has a new born baby in her arms.
I wish either she or the man in the vision would turn around already. They never do.
“Mommy, when will daddy return home?”
“Soon, my Emerald, and when he does you will be able to show him how far you’ve come in using your daggers.”
“Do you think he will be proud?”
“Of course my Emerald. Remember my dear child no matter what happens both you father and I will always love you…”
The dream cuts there as water is thrown on me.
“Wake up thief. The Pharaoh has summoned you for your trial.”
Trial. Ha. More like my immediate execution sentencing. I was condemned to die the moment Bomani betrayed me. I wonder if any of our snitches were able to get word to Dakarai or Jamila.
“Hey. Watch the goods jackass!” I yell at the guard who grabbed my arm to pull me up. Unfortunately that remark got me a smack upside the head. I wish I still had my weapons. But no, Bomani had a guard search me when I was unconscious and took all of my weapons. Another thing I wish is that these idiot guards hadn’t tied my wrists as tight as they did. But the again they’re probably under orders from Bomani. As I’m thinking this the guards forces me to drink more sedatives.
Great. This is gonna screw with my escape plans.
As the guards walk me to where the royals are. My mind can’t help but wonder to one person.
Bomani.
Out of all the council, I never expected him. Why would he do this? How could he have lied to all of us? What are his motives? So many questions. So few answers.
“Keep moving thief.” One of the guards yells.
Damn. I’ve got to stop zoning out.
It wasn’t long before we got to the throne room. When we entered Bomani comes toward us.
“Make sure the rope is good and tight. We don’t need her escaping.” Bomani says.
I want nothing more than to repay him with a knife in the back. Like the one he dealt me.
Before I realize it we’re in front of the Pharaoh, the Queen, Hondo, the advisers, and anyone else that has importance.
Bomani addresses the Pharaoh.
