Sebastian x Reader

Flash Back

Darkness...was all you saw when you first arrived. Cold and wet is what you felt, and that was the moment you realized you were drowning. You were too far from the surface to make it in time. Before you knew it you blacked out. After what only felt like a second turned out to be years when you were hulled out of the water. And by someone. Who?..You don't remember.  All you remember is a blurry face looking down at you, worried maybe?...You felt warm hands on your chest, most likely performing cpr.  You knew you should be dead. But why aren't you dead? The next events after were so unclear, but you know that someone had took you in, and cared for you until you were back to full health.  It was clear that you had to repay such a kind person, so you made it your duty to serve them.

Why...why were you in a body of water to begin with?...You regularly try to remember, but all your mind gives you in return is, nothing.

But...how...how did you live? How did you wake up from a slumber within the depths of water that should've been a forever lasting one?

Wait...there was something that happened before...

Light, falling, and ringing in your ears. That's what came to you before the events of drowning.  Then a face...a kind motherly female face, along with a male face. Mother and father maybe?...No...you don't ever recall having one...At least not where you ended up. Maybe...no...it couldn't have been that...

You know for a fact that, that person you last saw before you left, couldn't have been him.

It couldn't have been Sebastian,  why? Because he's not really real he's just a figment of someone's imagination, along with all of the other characters of Black Butler...But then...why?...Why is it that you saw him in the living flesh? What where you doing when you saw him?....Wait yes...that's right, you where at a library.

You were at a library with someone you can't quite remember who though. The two of you were in the graphic novel section, looking for your favorite manga. And that's when you saw Sebastian. He was standing in another isle, looking at a title that you've read before. He noticed your gaze and looked up from the book, giving you a kind smile.

Your gazes met for a moment, then broke off. You turned to your friend excitedly to tell them who you saw in the living flesh. But, only to turn around and find that Sebastian was gone, and no where to be seen. You turned back to your friend distressed, while your friend had a look of concern on their face. They asked you if you were feeling okay, and you assured your friend you were well. Despite your attempts to convince your friend, they weren’t swayed by your reassurances. They insisted that the two of you leave the library and go back to your place. You gave in and the two of you went back to your apartment.

There at the apartment, your friend basically acted as a nurse, making you sit down at the couch. Your friend placed a blanket by your side, along with a cup of f/d (favorite drink) on the coffee table in front of you. Your friend then turned on the tv, putting on your favorite show. You attempted to get up from the couch, but your friend scolded you and you reluctantly sat back down.  

You began to relax a bit, having given up on trying to resist you friend’s caring nature. You sat back on the couch, closing your eyes. You a cold gust of air on your face, opening your eyes. Only to open them to a face you know all too well. It was Sebastian. Startled, you let out a short, surprised shriek, jumping up from the couch, and whirling around to face the couch.  

And this time, Sebastian was still there. The first thing you thought of was, where was your friend?! What happened to them? Surely, they would’ve heard the cry of surprise from you. Does this nonexistent person of which I’m seeing now have something to do with them?
