Chapter 26

Brody's pov
It was late at night and the wind went through my brown hair. I gripped the saddle i made on Sparks and we raced through the sky. We went over the lake and i put my hand on the water and it made a wave.

We climbed higher in the sky and we went up passed the clouds and it was beautiful. "This is amazing." I said and Sparks looked back at me and purred. I chuckled and patted his side. We flew back to them and i landed in the garden.

"Wow that was so cool." Sparks said jumping around excitedly. I laughed and nodded hugging him. "I haven't even known you long and i already feel a good connection." I said and he nodded and licked my face.

I touched the floor and it turned icy. I heard a noise and looked behind me and Sparks got in front of me and growled. He opened his mouth and my eyes widened and i quickly rushed over to him and covered his mouth.

"Stop firing bud. Hes on our side." I said and he tilted his head and walked over to Bruce. Sparks sniffed him and Bruce stroked his scales. "I knew your parents Spark." Bruce said chuckling.

"Sparks go with Bruce OK." I said and he nodded and Bruce got on him. "Arnt you coming?" He asked and i shook my head. "Got somethings to wrap up." I said and he nodded and told me to be safe and flew off.

I sighed and snuck back in the house and shut the door. I felt a precence behind me and i knife to my throat.

I gulped and the person chuckled. "This is who I've been worried about." He laughed and stabbed my side and i screamed in pain and fell on the floor.

I saw the figure and he smirked. "You. When i learn everything im gonna defeat you." I grunted out and he laughed.

"You can't defeat me. Your not worthy." He yelled and disappeared. The hall way light turned on and the boys came in. "Brody what are you doing." Floyd asked coming up to me.

They bandaged me up and looked at me funny. "What happened baby?" Slade asked me and i just looked at him. "A robber." I said and got up and went back to bed.

God i miss Jason. Slade and Floyd came in and got in beside me. I heard thunder and lightning and i sqeaked and buried my face in Floyds neck and he chuckled and wrapped his arms around me.

"Aww baby don't worry ill protect you." He said and kissed me on the lips. I glared and got of of him and he grabbed my waist and pulled me back down.

Jason's pov
I sighed as we all sat in the batcave and we heard Bruce come in and we all smiled. "Is that what i think it is." Damian said excitedly and ran up to the black and gold dragon.

He came up to us and Damian scratched behind his scales on his head and he landed on his back and Damian rubbed his belly making me and everyone laugh.

"I'm Sparks and I'm Bro-" Bruce covered his mouth and laughed nervously. "He's a friends." Bruce said and i shrugged and we all headed upstairs and went into the front room and watched a movie.

Sparks laid on the floor in front of the fire. I put my feet on him and he grumbled. I smiled and closed my eyes.

Sparks head snapped up and he quickly got up and growled and flew out of the house.

"What happened." Tim asked and we all looked at each other and Bruce sat back down and the rest of us followed suit.

"Don't worry they all do that." He said and i shrugged.

Brody's pov
"Slade get off." I whimpered as Slade put the knife to my throat. "Why." He growled and he put his knee in my side.

Slade got up and got a gun and pointed it at my leg. "This is for being." Slade was cut off by glass breaking and Sparks got in front of me and growled at Slade. His eyes widened and Floyd came in.

I quickly got up and got on his back. "I'm sorry. But i don't love you guys and i have to save the world." I quickly said and we flew out.

I heard yelling for me to get back here and i told Sparks to go faster. We got to wayne manor and it was raining and we were drenched so much.

We got in and we saw everyone was talking and sat in the front room. "Hey." I said as we walked in. Before i knew it i was being grabbed and in someone's lap. Jason hugged me and i hugged him back.

I kissed him and we heard awws and ewws. I laughed and Sparks pounced in us and laid his head on my legs.

I stroked his head and i ended up passing out.
