Chapter 36

Brody's pov
I woke up in so much pain. I closed my eyes and breathed. I felt a arm draped over my waist. I looked back and saw a peaceful sleeping Jason. I smiled gently and shifted so i was facing him. I sighed and kissed his cheek and sat up and sat at the edge of the bed.

I felt the bed shift and a body and strong muscular arms wrap around me. "Are u ok baby boy?" Jay asked and kissed my neck. I shivered as i felt his hot breath on my neck. I blushed and nodded as he kissed my neck more.

"I need to go to the bathroom." I said and he let me go. I slowly got up winsing and i fell but Jay quickly got up and caught me. "Hey easy." He said and walked over to the bathroom with me limping next to him.

We made it and he turned around and i did my business. I washed my hands and walked over hugging him. He turned around and smiled. I looked at him and held onto his arm. We walked back to bed and Jay cradled me to his chest. I breathed in his scent to calm me down.

"Jay. I love you." I said and looked at him. He smiled softly and i kissed him passionatly. He kissed back and i felt tears slide down my cheeks. He pulled away and wiped my tears with his thumb. He played with my bottom lip and i moved so i was laying down. He shifted and i was laying on his chest. I slowed my breathing to match his.

I felt his chest rise and fall as i closed my eyes and let sleep wash over me like a blanket.

Morning Jason pov

I woke up long before Brody did. I kissed his soft pink lips and went out for my morning run. I ran and i felt the cool morning breeze run through my raven hair. I stopped to catch my breath. I went to the shop and got a drink.

I walked back to the manor and went upstairs and Brody wasn't there. I shrugged and had a shower because i was so sweaty.

I got changed and went down to the bat cave to train. I saw Brody and Dick and they were seeing Brody's powers. Sparks glowed and Brody used his fire power and they both used it and hit their target. I smiled but stopped and glared once i saw Dick come up behind him and give my baby a hug.

I jumped down and walked over to them. "Hey baby nice job." I said loudly and they turned around and Brody smiled and came over and kissed me. I kissed him back and he pulled away and went over and fed Sparks.

I sighed and walked over and me and Dick started sparring and Brody sat on a chair and read a book. I swiped Dick's leg and he fell to the floor making me smirk. He got up and punched my jaw. We started fighting and Brody slammed the book on the table and made me and Dick stop and look at him.

"Both of you stop. You two aren't even sparring you are actually trying to hurt each other. Stop it. I'm going out." He said and got on Sparks back. Me and Dick quickly ran infront of them. "You need to rest." Dick said. "Yeah baby you can't." I added and Sparks looked at him and nodded agreeing with us. "Fine but I'm gonna go somewhere in the manor. Alone, so don't come after me. I need time to think." He said and walked off.

I sighed and took Sparks saddle of and he looked at me and his ears where down. I sighed and got my suit on and went out on patrol
