Epilogue

Anakin groggily awoke in a medical bay peering out towards the Coruscant skyline. He began to analyze his surroundings further and quickly noticed someone who he had been deeply concerned about, for what just seemed like a few minutes ago: Ahsoka.

She had seemingly been placed into a medically induced coma, hooked up to various medical sensors and equipment. Anakin was relieved to have noticed a heartbeat on one of the monitors, 90/60 BPM, which was very surprising considering her injuries. No doubt the steady and stable heartbeat could have been the drugs and steroids through the intravenous, but he was just glad to see she was not dead.

Soon a medical droid entered the room.

Medical Droid: "Glad to see you're awake and conscious General Skywalker, are you ready for visitors?"

Anakin: "Sure, that's no problem, thank you"

Soon Obi-Wan, Mace Windu, and Captain Rex entered the room relieved to see that both Jedi had survived the encounter with the Sith Lord.

Anakin: "So did we win?"

Obi-Wan: "Indeed we did, the clones had courageously broke through the droid garrison and we have returned Mygeeto under Republic control. Also Admiral Tonkin had delivered the DNA sequences and our scientists are quickly reaching a cure to combat the pathogen implemented by the separatists. Admiral Tonkin is also ready to offer his military expertise and tactics for the Republic, once his trial overseen by the Chancellor is complete and has reached a verdict. It's safe to say, that we really dodged a bullet"

Anakin: "Any word on casualties?"

Windu: "Estimates are between 10-20,000 men. It was a pyrrhic victory."

Anakin slowly closed his eyes and soon drew a long frown, he truly was right that those barracks would not be filled again. 

Captain Rex: "A few of the men had their respirators ruptured and succumbed to the virus, while others were lost in the space and ground battles. If it makes you feel any better sir, many had told me they wouldn't have wanted to have served with a better general"

Anakin slowly raised his head and forced a small smile to show that the comment was greatly appreciated.

Anakin: "Thanks, Rex"

Captain Rex: "Anytime sir"

Suddenly a small green figure standing in the entrance of the doorway tapped its walking cane on the door frame.

Yoda: "Miss anything did I? Hmmm?"

Soon everyone in the room smiled when they saw the grandmaster enter.

Anakin: "Good to see you master Yoda, how did the incident with the younglings go?"

Yoda: "Truly magnificent the imagination of a child is. Discovered very unconventional methods of their Jedi training they did, especially when toppling the Jedi archive shelves".

Everyone soon burst into a hardy fit of laughter at Master Yoda's afternoon debacle at the Jedi Temple, when suddenly moaning and groaning could be heard in the far corner of the room. Ahsoka was regaining consciousness, she soon turned in her master's direction.

Ahsoka:"Wha-Where am I?"

Anakin: "Ahsoka! You're awake!" 

Ahsoka: "Did we win?"

Anakin: "We sure did Snips, we sure did"
