Jungkook's heart kept breaking. Maybe, if things had happened a little differently, everything would've been alright. But nothing was.

He had to live with the sorrow for the rest of his life. A heavy burden on his heart, weighing him down and preventing him from enjoying any moment in his life. Those twenty seconds had changed one person's life from bright and promising to dreary and dim.

Jungkook's heart kept breaking. He would have to get used to that feeling, because it was going to happen a lot more regularly now than ever before.

One moment, Jin was laughing and talking. And the next, he was gone.

"You know," Yoongi said. "Every day, I go through seven cups of coffee."

Jungkook laughed. "Isn't that a bit much? Shouldn't you be a bit more careful?"

Yoongi shrugged. "It's not alcohol, is it?"

"No."

"Exactly."

"Ah..." Jin sighed. "I just like to eat. That got me places, you know." He looked over at Taehyung, who was in the driver's seat. "Taehyung?"

"Mmm?"

"Don't you agree that I'm the healthiest person here?"

"Yeah, of course you are."

Jungkook snorted, but nodded anyway.

Taehyung only grinned. They were heading to the amusement park, not to film anything, not to sponsor anything, but to enjoy themselves. So nice. He and Jin were in the front seats, while Yoongi and Jungkook were in the back. The other three were in another car, a few minutes ahead of them.

Life was good.

"I wasn't going for being healthy, I was going for being the most sleep-deprived," Yoongi said. "I win that category, right?"

"Yeah," Jungkook said. "No competition at all. None."

"See, the way you phrase it," Jin said, serious all of a sudden. "It makes me want to laugh, but it's kind of worrying, you know? You should sleep. Sleeping is good."

"I should be the one saying that," Yoongi laughed. "I know that very well, don't you worry."

"Good."

The atmosphere fell into a comfortable silence. Taehyung took his mind off the road for just a moment, daydreaming about other things. Soon after this break ended, they had other schedules planned. It was a never-ending path of work.

They were going at a moderate speed. The others were far ahead of them and Taehyung didn't feel any need to catch up. They could meet up at the park and go from there.

"I'm sleepy," Jungkook said.

"Then sleep," Jin said.

Taehyung and Yoongi laughed out loud.

"Thank you! I hadn't thought of that one before!"

Taehyung turned back to catch Jungkook's expression.

And that's all it took. The car veered out of the lane and towards the oncoming traffic.

"Taehyung, Taehyung, look out!"
