Yoonjin

Warning: throwing up

-------

Maybe he should've been more alert. Yes, that must have been it. He should've glanced at every single fan and made sure that they didn't look suspicious or anything. But, Yoongi was as carefree as ever as he sat in the fansign, signing merch and taking pictures. Jin was sitting to his right, and Taehyung to his left. His loud squeaky laughter was audible to everyone in the room.

"How much time do we have left?" Taehyung whispered.

"About an hour and a half. Why?" Yoongi asked.

Taehyung shrugged. "Just asking. I'm tired of sitting in one position for so long."

"We're going to have to get up soon to do those picture things, so..."

"Oh yeah!" Taehyung flashed him a big smile before turning his attention back to the fan who had come up in front of him.

Yoongi started talking to a fan too and he slowly lost track of time again. Everyone kept telling him that he was handsome, asking him to sign their things and asking him what his favourite colour was. It got tiring after a while, but he tried his best to not get annoyed. This was a fansign after all.

Sometimes, he glanced over at Jin. He looked as cheerful as ever, if not a bit tired. He kept cracking cheesy jokes (which he had probably read online) to the fans who kept laughing like their rent was due. Okay, Yoongi had to admit, some of the jokes were pretty funny. He would never say that out loud though.

The few times when he did manage to catch Jin's attention, they didn't have time to say much. Yoongi felt a little guilty looking at Jin nowadays. They hadn't spent a lot of time together recently and Yoongi made a mental note. He was going to hang out with Jin this evening.

-------

"Hey, how are you?" Jin asked the fan who was coming up in front of him.

"I'm good, yeah," he said, a big smile on his face.

Jin didn't think anything was wrong. This was just another fan, among the thousands that had come today. He signed the fan's merch and album.

"I made something for you," the fan suddenly said, taking Jin by surprise.

"Huh?"

He took out his bag and pulled a container out. There was a muffin sitting inside. Jin started to get hungry by looking at it, but tried his best to contain himself. He wasn't allowed to eat right now.

"Eat this."

"What?"

"I made it for you. Eat it."

"But-"

"You're my favourite idol, please. I had to buy many albums to get a chance to come here. Please. I'm your number one fan. Please eat it, it tastes good, I promise."

"I'm not allowed to... but you know what, fine," Jin said. He hoped the managers wouldn't notice. He was getting a little annoyed. He had already had a big lunch, he didn't feel like eating right now, but... well, he supposed that it was all for a good thing. The fan did ask so many times. The least thing he could do was be kind.

When he had first seen that muffin, he had started to get hungry. Why? Because he had figured that the muffin would taste good. But no, no it really did not taste good. When Jin bit into it, he nearly spit it out in shock. A strong bitter taste filled his mouth almost immediately, nearly making him gag. What the heck was in this?
