Chapter 6: Banquet pt. 1

I put an earphones and take out my text book, I scan it for awhile and felt relieve,that it was not that hard as I still remember some of it.

I stopped reading when I received a message from my brother.

'Shin, skip class later, we will prepare for a banquet, father decided to take you so you can familiarize yourself in our business partners'- bro Silver

I replied with 'okay(^_^)'

I arrived home early and went on my closet to find a suitable suit for the banquet.

In the end I chose a dark blue suit with a royal blue necktie,I also wore a gold cufflink to further highlight my appearance.

I look at the mirror and I notice my ears...I forgot, I got my ear pierced last month.

I open my inner cabinet and saw my collection of earrings and there's also a magnetic one...

I stop my gaze at the red one,this is a ruby magnetic earring which I bought with my very own money...this is my favorite in the past but in the end I was forced to sell it and also all of my collections.

I gently hold it and decided to wear this one,this is my favorite not just because it held importance to me...but also because I love the color of red,which symbolizes passion and power with a touch of sexiness.

I nod in satisfaction when I saw my whole appearance.
The childishness was gone,I also touch my hair and mess it a little.

After preparing,I went down and saw that they were finished preparing too.

"You look so dashing!"Mom exclaimed

" You too mom,when we're together, anyone will mistake you as my sister"

She chuckled "When did you have a sweet tongue huh"

Dad and Silver just laugh a little,we went on our car while talking happily,my brother and I sat on the backseat while my mom on the passenger seat .

On our way my eyes deepened, we used to be like this...no,it should always be like this,I will not let anyone destroy what we have now.

We arrived and the host of the banquet welcome us happily.There were also several people tried to introduced but was politely declined by my father.

He also introduces me to his several business partners, I also met their sons and daughters.

Until I met a familiar one... oh dear God, why do I always meet this fvcker.

"Oh!you're here, Shin meet this genius young man,Hiro Echizen, he was the son of my greatest friend back then and at the young age he legally handled his father's company and lead it to become one of the top company  , Hiro this is my son,Shin"

I rolled my eyes at my father's introduction,way to praise dad!

"You're praising too much,and we already met at school, uncle" then he smiled at me

My father was stunned "Really?that's good, then I have to trouble you to take care of Shin, he may be arrogant and impulsive, but he was a good child"

"Dad!" I exclaimed in embarrassment

"Im not a child anymore! " I whispered at him

"Don't worry uncle, I'll take care of him" Hiro replied cleverly

"Then that's a relief haha"my dad answered and they continued to talk about ME

'Like hello!? I'm still here! 'I complained in my mind

Then they talked about business so I became bored, I went around and finally  sat at the sofa and rest my head while looking up.

I became immersed at my thoughts when suddenly someone suddenly pop in front of me and hold my chin so I can face him.

'Wtf! '
