'Stand up'

'Pick yourself up'

'You're the only one here'

'You have to do this'

'Stand your ground'

Mentally yelling to himself, Leizcio has fully risen were. He sees clearly from a crack in his goggles, the monster in front of him.

A true monster. Eyes that stare and threaten your soul. A body of a beast that may as well have been a demon from someone's nightmares. His punches were like getting rammed by a car. His entire presence was damning, striking fear to whoever would be unfortunate to fight this monster.

Leizcio wants to cry out of pure fear, he doesn't know what to do. He could barely make the monster flinch at one of the strongest attacks he has. He's been dealing with just regular people this whole time. He's never had to face someone who could make his speed inferior.

The monster leaps at him once again, ready to slam his fists down and bury Leizcio 6 feet underground. Mustering what he could, Leizcio gets out of the way. But he trips up and rolls onto the ground. The pain is starting to get to him, messing up his train of thought and derailing it.

But he can't stop now, he has to find a way to neutralize this monster. All the pro-heroes that were available are dealing with all the other villain attacks in the area. If Leizcio is defeated, there's no telling what damage the monster would do to the surrounding streets.

Coming up with the best that he could, he runs over to a lamppost, in hopes that the beast attempts to attack him. And that it did, running on all fours, swiping his fist at Leizcio. But in turn, he breaks the lamp post, leaving parts of it on the ground. As fast he could, Leizcio grabbed a large shard from the debris.

When the beast attacks again, Leizcio barely dodges, and he quickly goes to the back of it.

He slashes at the monster's back, but yet it barely did anything but leave a small scratch. In a desperate attempt, he drives the metal shard into the beast.

The monster screams in pain, and slaps Leizcio off of him, sending him flying.

Leizcio groans in pain, as he could hear one of his ribs cracking from that impact. While he was able to inflict some damage, it wouldn't be nearly enough to actually do anything. He tries getting up, but he's punched in the face once again, barely able to put his guard up.

He's thrown to the floor again, his forehead is bleeding. His mouth starts to bleed as well, his eyesight becoming blurry.

...

"Mom! Mom! Look!"

"What Lei?"

A young Leizcio tugs on his mom's shirt, trying to get her attention. He sees a hero saving a family from some villain who had blades coming out of their wrists. The hero was struggling however, His quirk was something like wires coming out of his hands.

But he continued to fight as the family was behind him, worried for their safety and that of the hero. Leizcio and his mother were also watching, but his mother was calling the cops since the villain was preoccupied.

The hero had slashes over his body, some small cuts here and there but the villain was able to scar him on his chest. The hero had a face of concern as if he didn't know he could take down this villain. But he had to, he had to save the family behind him.

In a turn of events, he uses his wires like a whip, aiming for the eyes of the villain. The villain of course protected his eyes. And that's when the hero took his chance. He quickly wired the arms of the villain and proceeded to tie his legs together to make sure that the villain wouldn't escape. Just for extra measure, however, he hit the villain hard over the head to knock him out.
