HUI HUI HUI! Update hogaya, aajao padhne 😤😂
It was a regular day and Gulki woke up in her room with extreme pain in her head. She massaged her head a little and went to get ready. Her head was still hurting and she felt her forehead was hot, but she ignored it and went to work.
Gulki reached the set and her head was still bursting with pain but as usual being on set, at her second home, made her forget all her pain. She started shooting and got through half the day, but after that, weakness had caught up to her. Yukti wasn't there since morning since she had been shooting overnight. At around 2 pm, Yukti finally arrived and went straight to Gulki's room.
YK(looking into her phone): Gulksss, samosa bachaya ya saare akele hi kha gayi?
GJ(putting her hand on her head): Ek hai Bhavika ke paas
Yukti looked up and sensed she wasn't feeling well.
YK: Kya hua, sar dard kar rha hai?
GJ(lying): Haan, wo neeche zyada shor tha isliye bas. Kuch der me thik hojayega.
Yukti raised an eyebrow at her, doubting her answer. She went near Gulki and touched her forehead which was burning with fever.
YK: Gulki tumhe toh bukhar hai! Tum- (her face changed to an angry expression) kabse bukhar hai?!
GJ(bheegi billi jaise): Subah se
YK(still angry): Subah bukhar hai aur kisiko batana zaruri nhi smjha! Merko sachme aaj jaldi aajana chaiye tha, kamsekam tumse sach ugalva leti!
GJ: Arre par-
YK: Par var kuch nhi chaiye, chup chap let jao idhar!
Gulki opened her mouth to say something but closed it when she saw Yukti glaring at her. Yukti was overall a calm person, but when it came to Gulki's well-being she could get angrier than Karishma Singh.
Yukti forcefully made her lie on the bed and rummaged through her bag for a thermometer. She finally found one and checked Gulki's temperature which showed 104 degrees. Worry lines creased her forehead as she saw the high temperature.
GJ: Yaar jaane do na, agla shot mera hai
YK: Shot jaaye bhaad me, tum yaha se hili bhi toh Yukti se Karishma banne me zyada waqt nhi lagega!
GJ: Are meri wajah se saara schedule idhar udhar hojayega uska kya!? Jaane de na.
YK: 104 bukhar me shooting karogi? (glaring at her)
GJ: Haan karungi
YK: Lekin mai nhi karne dungi, mai Hemean sir ke baat karungi tumhe half-day dene ke liye, tabtak thoda aaraam karo.
Gulki knew there was no use arguing back so she reluctanly laid down with a baby grumpy face. Yukti smiled seeing her cute expressions and sat down beside her on the bed. She carressed Gulki's hair and said:
YK: Aisi haalat me shooting karogi toh tumhe khud hi maza nhi ayega isliye bola...hmmm...abhi mai davai lene jaarhi hu, tum sojao.
GJ(like babies): Sula do
Just like every time, Yukti melted at her cute antics. Yukti laid down beside Gulki and pulled her into a tight embrace. Gulki rested her head on her chest and snuggled into her favourite pair of arms like a little baby. Yukti tapped her lovingly and put her to sleep.
After some time, Yukti carefully pulled herself out of Gulki's grip and covered her with a blanket. At the same time, Monica (ladli_monica) entered the room to call Gulki for her shot. Yukti put a finger on her lips gesturing Monica to speak quietly
M: Gulki mam ka shot ready hai, mai utha du?
YK: Nhi usko uthana mat, tumhari mam ko bukhar hai abhi isliye aaram kar rahi hai. Mai davai lene jaarahi hu paas ki dukaan se, tabtak dhyaan rakhna ki koi unko disturb na kare
M: Thik hai, aap jaiye
Before leaving Yukti took one look at Gulki and said to Monica:
YK: Mere liye toh ye duniya ki sabse acchi insaan hai, par aisi harkat karti haina tab mann karta hai mooh noch lu
Monica smiled seeing Yukti's care for Gulki and waved goodbye to her.
After some time, Yukti returned with the medicine. Bhavika and Sonaliji had just completed their shot and came up to her. Bhavika gave a confused look seeing the medicine in her hand.
BS: Ye davai kiske liye hai
**Imagine Yuvika as Aajtak reporters :-)**
YK: Maddam Sir fame Gulki Joshi ko aaya 104 ka bukhar. Shooting ka tension hone ke kaaran madam ne khud ka khayal nhi rakha aur unki tabyat hui kharab (making hand gestures like she was saying news headlines)
BS: Kharab tabyat hone pe unki kareebi dost Yukti Kapoor ko hui fikar aur wo gayi davai lene (Bhavika completed)
SJ: Matlab Gulki ko bukhar hai?
YuVika: Haan
SJ: Toh tum dono news reporter kyu ban rahe ho
BS: Ye koi news se kam hai? Vaise bhi Gulki apna khayal nhi rakhti, sab hume hi karna padta hai.
YK: Pehli baar sahi baat boli tune
BS: Yukti 😒
YK: Hehe sholly baby
Suddenly, a voice came from behind interrupting their conversation. Sonaliji and Bhavika had to go for their shot.
SJ: Yukti tum davai dedena, hum dono baadme aate hai
YK: Haan aaplog jaiye
Yukti went back upstairs to Gulki's room and woke her up to take medicine. Gulki was still half asleep so she didn't even realize. Yukti then went back down for her shot and let Gulki rest.
After a while, Yukti came back to Gulki's room to check on her. When she entered, Gulki was awake scrolling through her phone.
YK: Uth gayi aap maharani ji?
GJ: Nhi, so rahi hu
YK: Wow :-)
Yukti went near her and touched her forehead. She still had a slight fever but it was much better than before. She sat down besdie Gulki, resting her back on the wall. Gulki put her head on Yukti's shoulder and made her upper half lean on her.
GJ: Baby tum itni fikar kyu karti ho mera
YK: Kyuki mai pyaar karti hu tumse
GJ: Agar koi ladka tumhari zindagi me aa jaaye toh uske liye bhi itni fikar karogi?
YK: Agar uss ladke ke mujhe saccha pyaar ho jaaye toh fikar karungi, magar itna nhi jitna tumhare liye karti hu. Kyuki mere zindagi me chahe koi bhi aa jaaye, mai kabhi usse itna pyaar nhi kar paungi jitna mai tumse karti hu. Because you are my true life-partner, my soul sister, my best friend, my everything!
Gulki listened to her words carefully and almost teared up by the end. She very well knew her relation with Yukti, but hearing it from her gave a completely different level of peace. Gulki raised her head slightly without taking it off Yukti's shoulder and kissed her cheek.
GJ: Itna kuch boldiya tumne, ab mai kya javaab du. You are the best blessing I could ever get! I love you inna saara chotu 🥺❤
YK: But I hate you (smirking)
GJ: Kyun bhai, maine kya kardiya -_-
YK: Lo, itna kuch hone ke baad bhi madam ko itna bhi nhi pata ki unhone kya kiya!
GJ: Achaa...wo...par ab toh theek hogayi na mai, phir kyu daant rahi hai
Bhavika and Sonaliji entered.
PJ: Gulki sahi keh rahi hai, usko daantna nhi chaiye
Yukti looked at her in surprise and Gulki agreed. Sonaliji came near Gulki and twisted her ear
GJ: Oww, maa chodo dard horaha hai
PS: Badmash! Bukhar tha toh bata nhi skti thi! Yukti nhi thi subah magar hum log ne toh kitne scene saath shoot karliye, par tumne ek baar bhi nhi bola!
GJ: Bola na sorry, kaan chod do dard horaha hai 🥺
BS: Chodna mat Pushpe, aur zor se kheechiye
YK: Haan haan, pura kaan laal na hojaye tabtak chodna mat
GJ: Yaar tum dono jaan lena chahte ho kya meri
YuVika: Tumne/Aapne bhi toh wahi kiya tha
GJ: Acha baba sorry, aage se aisa kuch nhi hoga.
YK, BS, SJ: Pakka?
GJ: Pakka (smling)
YK, BS, SJ: Theek hai ab hum chalte hai
YK: Maine toh bag bhi room me nhi rakhi iske chakkar me (sticking out her tongue at Gulki)
GJ: Haan haan sab merepe hi thop do, aur kaam hi kya hai tumhe
YuKi started a catfight while Sonaliji and Bhavika left knowing that their fight could last forever.
YK: Bas bas, mai jaarhi hu aage ka jhagda baadme
GJ: Hmm...
Yukti turned to leave but Gulki stopped her.
GJ: Suno...
She stood up from the bed and wrapped her arms around Yukti securely. Yukti hugged her back, feeling her presence. After some time they broke the hug.
YK: Chal bye, love you (kissed her forehead)
GJ: Ily too
Okay, bye mai jaarahi hu marne :-)
