❥3rd Person POV❦
Kokichi woke up in a white room alone in a bed,He tried to get in all pain on his body and failed to get up while someone came in the room which was a purple long hair girl in a nurse outfit, 

"Y-You finally w-woke up! I-I'll go tell the o-others your awake n-now..!" She said,

 "W-Wait...! Where am I? And .. who are you??" Kokichi Said.

 "Oh..! Sorry I didn't introduced myself yet..! M-My name is M-Mikan.. You are currently in Team Danganronpa Hospital..!" Mikan Said, 

"W-Why... am I here t-tho..?" Kokichi said,

 "Well you s-see .... the whole killing game your signed up for was just a Virtual R-Reality b-before they erased your p-pregame m-memories..!" Mikan said. 

"Thanks Ms.Mikan.." Kokichi said, "A-Ah!?? OH-OH n-no problem K-Kokichi ..!" Mikan said while leaving the room.

Kokichi POV
As Mikan came telling me that the whole killing game was just a Virtual Reality then I was shocked but I wasn't disappointed or happy .
I tried to get up and sit but I didn't managed and just fell back off with my whole body in pain ,

 After resting awhile I decided to talk to the bathroom and I saw my hair looking light white purple and I was confused but it didn't matter, I heard someone at the door and when I was

 rushing to my bed I accidentally fell and felt that I was about to pass out, I saw a white haired guy but I couldn't see well as my view was very blurry and I close my eyes.

[Some moment later]

I woke up in the bed once again and saw the white haired guy before I passed out

 and said " Hello Kokichi..! I am Nagito Komaeda and I'm here to help you and find your assistance but for now I'll need to give you a therapy test, mental stable test, body check and stuff, I found you on the floor as I opened the door, I hope you feel better now!"

"Nice to meet you Nagito" I said "I'll start the test so we can get over this soon" Nagito said

Ok so how are you feeling right now? Nagito asked me , "I have been doing good!" I lied
"Please don't lie Kokichi! I couldn't like that and couldn't be the best for your results so please be honest!" He said while I saw shocked noticing he caught my lie just after I finished my sentence.

 
[after the tests]

3rd Person POV
The door has came out after the tests and told Nagito that Kokichi's mental was not ok and wasn't stable enough to leave the hospital yet and needed an assurance while he recovers his

 mental and be ok, the doctor also said that Kokichi had eating disorder and which it wasn't a good thing, after that Kokichi came out of the room in a wheel chair while Nagito was walking towards Kokichi

 
"Hi Kokichi! How about you go to your room to rest for now? I'll call you when your good to wake up" Nagito said, Kokichi went to his room quietly

 
Kokichi POV
I went to my bed sitting and thinking about the killing but something through his head said which was .. " Your alone Kokichi, and you always will be" , I started to panic so I quickly rushed

 to the bathroom and checked the cabinet for any tools I folks use to do self game but luckily I found an knife and started to cut
