Love at first fist

-Ashley's POV-
" Hey we're throwing this giant party, if you wanna come," said Liz.
" Sure,"
"Its on Saturday night,"
" Cool I'll be there" we should go shopping, to get some outfits,"
"Yass!!" She squealed.
"I'll meet you there,"
I ended the call and decided to walk there. It wasn't that long, only a couple blocks. I pulled on some, high wasted denim shorts, and a white tank top. I grabbed my black purse from the hanger, and set out.
I walked a couple blocks when I heard shouting. I turned the corner and saw Luke beating the crap out of Calum. " DON'T TOUCH ASHLEY!" He screamed. " SHE'S MINE!" He screamed again like a maniac. I rushed in and screamed, " I belong to no one!"
They both turned their heads to me. Calum looked so bad, he had bumps all over his head, a black eye and.. My eyes trailed down... A knife? Luke was panting and his eyes were blood shot and he had blood splattered all over. " Why-"I started then broke down crying.
" I love you,"mumbled Calum, then he fell back. " CALUM!" I screamed, "GET UP!!" I laid my head on his chest and sobbed. I wanted to hear the soft pounding of his heart, but all I heard was dead silence.
I felt someone put a hand on my shoulder. " Get away from me!" I hissed to Luke. I turned and saw he had great hurt in his eyes. " I was getting ready to forgive you, you know. You were so fucking close. And you fuck it all up. We weren't meant to be, and we never will be! I loved Calum not you!" I realized I was screaming at this point. Luke stumbled back, and his eyes softened. " I'm sorry," he mumbled. " Sorry is not going to cut it. I'm calling the police." I said sternly. " You KILLED someone. I'm never going to forgive you."I walked away with my phone to my ear.
The police arrived and took Luke to jail. He was sentenced to 7 months in prison. And Calum, Calum was dead.
