Love at first fist

-THIRTY ONE-

-Luke's POV-
Ashley didn't sound to good. I rushed home and unlocked the door. I jogged up the stairs and into our bedroom. She was lying down staring at the ceiling. " What happened?" I asked softly. She turned to me and put her head in my lap.
" Ellie-" was all she managed to choke out before she burst into tears.
"Shhh it's ok. Just tell me what happened."
She wiped her eyes on the blanket and continued.
" She's in love with you. She was just using Ashton to make you jealous, and now she hates me!!" She cried.
My heart almost stopped. No. This has happened to many times. I refuse to let it happen again. I crouched down beside Ashley.
" We are not letting that fucked up, bitch ruin us." I said softly.
" I love you and I always will" I said.
She wiped her eyes and kissed me. We were making out for a bit when she said, " don't you ever want a baby?"
I shrugged my shoulders and sat up.
" Yah, but the time in between is pretty painful I'm assuming."
" Luke you won't be the one giving birth!" She said jokingly, swatting my shoulder.
I laughed loudly.

-Ashley's POV-
I want a baby. I would treat it better than mom ever treated me. " I love you so much." I said to Luke.
" Ashley, I have a favor to ask."
I was surprised by his sudden change. He usually just says I love you back.
" What?" I asked, perplexed.
" If you ever see me turn away from you to leave you again, I want you to let me go. When that happens I am officially not good enough for you."
I felt a knot well up in my throat.
" I'll-t-try," I stuttered.
" Thank you," he said. He cuddled me until I fell asleep.
