[ Chapter 9 ]

That night the group had to attend a Toman meeting, so they went up to the shrine seeing the other gang members already there, the group separated towards their own divisions before Draken announced that the meeting will start

"The pre-battle meeting for our battle against Valhalla will now begin!"

As Mikey was giving his speech, Todoroki could feel Takemichi's eyes on him, of course he's acting like he doesn't notice it to not make it suspicious, the group was surprised when Mikey acted like a kid then back to being serious in seconds making the other gang members cheer 'Toman!'

"Looks like it has begun.."Bakugou muttered with a smirk

'Let's do this, everyone!' Midoriya thought as his expression turned serious, the others expression also turned serious as they thought of the battle tomorrow

'The final battle that will determine everything.. starts now' Kirishima thought as he looks at the front

'I'm counting on you guys..' Todoroki thought glancing at the others

He still hasn't said anything about Baji's plan to them, knowing well that it might be better if he does but he doesn't want to break Baji's trust, so he didn't, looking over at Chifuyu beside Takemichi 

On their way out, Midoriya and Todoroki stayed to check up on Takemichi, well.. mostly Midoriya since Todoroki wanted to avoid him incase he asks questions

After that, the two walks down the flight of stairs with the bakusquad in the lead, because Bakugou wanted to head home to get some shut eye

"Izu-chin!"someone from behind them called as they reached the last steps of stairs

The two turns towards the direction of the voice, seeing Mikey, Draken, and Mitsuya, Midoriya smiled at them

"Yes, Mikey-kun? Need something?.."Midoriya asked 

"Come with me.."Mikey patted his bike indicating Midoriya to get on

"Okay.."Midoriya turns to Todoroki"I'll see you guys back at the apartment"he informs as he waves and runs towards Mikey and the others

Todoroki nods at this before he continued walking, following after the bakusquad who's probably already at the store

Meanwhile with Midoriya, who's in Umishita park with Mikey, Draken and the other captains and vice-captains

"What are we doing here, Mikey-kun?"Midoriya asked as he looked around 

"I just wanna ask you something.."Mikey spoke leaning on the railings 

"Okay.."Midoriya nods as he leans on the railings with his back, his elbows resting on top

Midoriya noticed the others leaving the two of them alone, Midoriya who's nervous kept his cool not really knowing what was happening

The day of the battle begins, the group then got themselves ready for the battle, of course Todoroki had other plans

"I'll see you guys there, I need to do something quick"Todoroki informs as he leaves the apartment not letting them speak

"That was weird.. but okay"Denki replied looking at the front door

"Let's just go.."Bakugou spoke as he walks towards the door

Todoroki headed straight towards Valhalla's hideout seeing Baji and Kazutora there, Kazutora smiles upon seeing him

"Yo! You finally made it"Kazutora spoke placing an arm around him

After waiting for a few minutes for the other gang members they started making their way towards the abandoned parking lot, Todoroki glanced at Baji and Kazutora before the door opens when their supposed referee shouted 'Make your entrance!'
