After talking to Takemichi, Todoroki leaves the cemetery and walks up to Hanma's car, the latter waiting for him in the driver's seat, once he enters, sitting in the passenger seat, Hanma greets him

"That took a while.."he spoke

"Sorry.."was the only thing Todoroki could say

As Hanma starts to drive, Todoroki looks out the window beside him, Hanma looking at him through the rear view mirror

"Are you sure about this?"Hanma asked

Before Todoroki could answer, Hanma's phone rings, the latter answering it without looking at the caller ID

"Moshi, moshi?"Hanma asked not taking his eyes off the road

Todoroki just looks out the window beside him, with a small smile while thinking of his friends

It's been exactly twelve years since they arrived in this world, It's also been twelve years since he last saw him, they've lost interest in their quirks years ago, they also stopped hoping that the others will save them, after Midoriya and Baji's death, the group split and cut ties with Toman, they still kept in touch with Chifuyu though, who informed them about Emma's death

Toman got run over by Kisaki, while they hid to prevent themselves from getting found and killed by him, Todoroki cut ties with the group to fulfill his promise to Baji when he died that day, it was around the time when Toman had a conflict with the Black Dragons because of Hakkai wanting to kill their leader, Taiju.. who's apparently his older brother

"Take car of Mikey for me, Todoroki.."

Those were his last words before he died, Todoroki who dyed his hair black, covering his scar most of the time, stood by Mikey's side to at least stop him from being fully consumed by his dark impulses, they found out about it through Draken, who's currently in jail after trying to avenge Emma, Mitsuya who came to them after leaving Toman joined their gang

Bakugou created this gang with Chifuyu and Kazutora being it's executive along with Sero, Denki being their informat, Mitsuya being the advisor with Kirishima, while a gang's founders was their front, the gang was absorbed five years ago, he never would've thought that they'd be leading a gang in this world

Todoroki wanted to stay by Mikey's side as he promised to Baji, and he doesn't break his promise, and now Chifuyu's dead, Takemichi just got back from the past, Toman's an evil organization thanks to Kisaki, Mikey could only hold out from his dark impulses for so long with his help

Hanma's call ended and looks at Todoroki through the rear view mirror, he sighs before putting his attention back on the road

"You know I could just tell him I failed.."Hanma spoke

"I'd rather not put you through it, besides.. we're friends, aren't we?"Todoroki asked looking at him with a small smile

Hanma was surprised by this but he smiles nonetheless"Still.. the others might not like what you're doing"he reasoned, Todoroki looks back out the window

That's right.. he left the gang to stick to Mikey, not wanting his friends to be in danger, he took it upon himself to stray away from them, he's now an important person in Toman because Mikey thinks he's his brother, Shinichiro..

Todoroki doesn't mind being used, as long as his friends are okay, he's alright with it, he doesn't want anything bad to happen to them, specially after what happened to him

Arriving in Toman's headquarters, the employee's quickly greets them, he followed behind Hanma, who enters the elevator, pressing the top floor button
