Year 2018 somewhere in Shibuya

'I explained all the new events I learned in the past to Naoto'

"I see.. so if Kisaki truly is a time leaper.. we have to kill him"Naoto spoke as a shadow loomed over his face

"Eh? B-But Naoto.."Takemichi blurted out surprised by his statement

"There's no point if he keeps on messing up the things you've fixed.. therefore killing him in the past is the only solution"Naoto spoke looking at him

"No way.."

Naoto stands up and walks towards the whiteboard where pictures of people were placed and words are written

"I wonder what the hell was Kisaki aiming for?"Naoto asked before slamming his right hand on the whiteboard, turning to Takemichi"12 years ago, Kisaki used 'Tenjiku' to take over Toman.. but in this timeline the name 'Tenjiku' wasn't even known to the police, plus.. Kisaki is already dead"he informs 

"Then that means.. Kisaki failed?.."Takemichi asked 

'Maybe Kisaki had miscalculated something?' he thought as he looks at Naoto

"Hm?"Takemichi looks at the whiteboard, noticing a familiar name written below a person's picture

"..Izana Kurokawa?"

Takemichi then remembers Kakucho's words when they met in the past

"Tenjiku's captain is 'Izana Kurokawa'"

Takemichi stood up as he screams and points the picture on the whiteboard, surprising Naoto, who looks at him

"Naoto! Who's that 'Izana Kurokawa' person?!"Takemichi asked still pointing at it

Naoto turns to the whiteboard as he looks at the picture Takemichi mentioned"He's Toman's one and only executive"he informs"If I'm not mistaken, he was the Black Dragon's captain.."he adds

Hearing this Takemichi turns to him"Eh?! The Black Dragons captain?!!"he asked

Takemichi points the whiteboard again"What are you saying, Naoto? This person was Tenjiku's captain!"he informs surprising him"What is going on?.. Was I seeing things wrong in the past?"he asked himself confused

"This guy is Tenjiku's captain?!"Naoto asked surprised"Izana Kurokawa.. seems like he's important to investigate on"

"Yeah.."

"I will investigate through the police network right away!"Naoto informs looking at him

"Ah, okay.. I'll investigate things myself, too"Takemichi turns to him

That same night, Takemichi is seen walking in a random street, wearing a black sweater and pants, paired with a jacket on top

'Well, so much for investigating thins myself.. I couldn't find a single thing' Takemichi thought to himself as he continues to walk

'Wait a minute..' he paused as if he realized something 'So what were the ex-members of Black Dragons, Inupi-kun and Koko-kun doing?' he stopped in his tracks 'They're not dead yet as according to Naoto's death list'

'If I meet those two, maybe I'll learn something!' 

"Well.."Takemichi scratches the back of his head"I don't even know where they are now.. Black Dragons.."Takemichi turns to look behind him

'That's right.. I should check out 'that' place!' Takemichi thought as he starts running

Arriving there, he smiles, seeing as how the place didn't changed at all
