Chapter 13 - Vampire guild

*Natsu's POV*     

After a long way, I finally made it here, I don't know how I knew I had to be here, but somehow I did. I just smelled it, I smelled the disgusting smell of vampire hunters.

That smell lead me to where I am now, the guild house of Lamia Scale. Maybe it's not the best place to be, but I had to be here.

But I'm here to save Lizzy.

I made my way to the front doors, it was not that long anymore. Trees were hanging over the cracked road I walked on.

I kicked away a stone that laid in front of my path, everything seems peacefully, the peace was almost frightening. This was not a place to be peacefully.

No one has proved it's wrong, when I got attacked out of nowhere.

Someone, or something jumped out of the bushes and shoved my down on the ground. I fell on my back, with a person on top of me. Well... Not really a person though... More a zombified, ugly piece of shit. It didn't seem like this 'Person' was tired though. It was more like it was hungry for something. Or it was trying to kill.

The thing on top of me was gripping its hands around my neck, I gritted my teeth and tried to loose the grip by twirling its fingers away, but they stuck on my neck like glue. I tried to kick the thing away, but it didn't move an inch. It only screeched in pain. A deafening sound filling the surrounding air.

Then the reminder hit me, the reminder of the sound I just heard.

The sound of a Level -E vampire.

Level -E vampires are at the bottom of the rank. They are the ones who where easily sick and they can't control their hungry for blood as good as the other levels. Unlike the other levels they can't have the medication of blood tablets, because it would make them sick, and if they were getting sick they became monsters. They had to live from hunting blood and killing people.

This one was definitely hunting for blood. That was weird though, because vampires don't hunt on vampires.

I felt saliva falling on my head. That disgusting thing was spitting on me. I tried to burn its hands away, but it only made the thing scream more. I wanted to end this. I roared a fire in its face, the thing flew trough the air and fell on it's back, letting the energy wave hit past him.

I took a deep breath before sitting up trying to stand, but before I could, the thing was on me again. Damn those things with their ability to move fast.

This time it was beyond pissed. He clung on my neck again, trying to scratch my neck open so he could lick blood.

I felt it's little sharp nails on my skin. I tried to get its hands of me, but the thing had scratched my skin open before I even could realize it. I felt blood moisten my neck. The thing made a sound of delight as he smelled the bleeding wound on my neck.

I positioned my hand on his forehead, trying to keep it away from my neck so it wasn't be able to lick my blood. I blew a little fire to its head, Making the thing scream from the heat. But it didn't back away.

The thing tried to make the wound bigger so it could dip its finger in it and lick it from it. I avoided that by moving it's head and hands away.

Then I heard a gunshot. A moment later the thing fell beside me, I breathed for a moment, before I realized that someone had shot the thing.

Someone had saved me.

I turned to my side, to see Lyon stand there with a gun. He saved me?

"Disgusting thing." He mumbled as he walked towards me. I quickly stood up. I still don't trust him.

"I guess all those things are the same." He smirked. What made me frown my eyebrows.

"What are you doing here?" I dared to yell at him. He seemed caught off guard at first, but changed his expression. "Can I not go to my own guild house?" He mocked at me while bringing his hand to his chest to make a dramatic pose.

"I think I am the one who has to ask you that question." He added with a smirk.

Ugh his sarcasm.

I rolled my eyes. "I think you already know why I'm here."

"Probably to save your girl."

"Exactly."

He smirked. "Do you think I'm going to let you go in our guild house? You, out of people. Plus, you shouldn't be here."

"I am going in, if you let me or not." I told him.

He grinned. "You are just as disgusting as that Level- E beast."

I rolled my eyes again, not offended by his insult. "I am wasting my time." I said as I walked towards the guild.

"Not so fast!" Lyon threatened, as he set a wall of ice in front of my path.

I turned to Lyon. "Are we doing this again." I huffed. He smirked.

I rolled my eyes and walked up to him with both my hands in flames. I tried to hit him in the stomach, but he blocked my hits with a shield.

"God, you're annoying." I hissed as I tried to break the shield with my feet. What resulted to nothing. Lyon tried to freeze my hand. But I kicked through his shield, right in his face. He fell on his back. I smirked as I blasted a wave of fire toward him.

He quickly got up, but I let a blade of flames chase him. I smirked as I watched the fire making it's way to Lyon.

Lyon didn't back off, instead he aimed frozen eagles at me. I tried to avoid them, but they hit me right on my chest, making me fall to the ground.

I made a fireball and aimed it at Lyon, but he ducked and defended himself against it. I made another one and hit him right on his back, making him fall forward with his face on the floor.

He made a sound of distress as he actually couldn't stand up after I hit him.

I finished the fight by shooting darts of fire to him.

I ran to the guild, making my way to the entrance. But before I could enter the guild. I felt a sharp tangle in my leg. It made me fall over and hit the ground. Lyon had frozen my feet to the ground.

I could hear him laugh and walk toward me.

"You really think you can win this?"

I gritted my teeth, and let a wave of fire ran on the ground. Flames where building up, running toward Lyon. He hissed in disgust, but kept walking toward me.

I tried to get up, but I only made it up to my knees. "You should stop." Lyon threatened.

He knelt down beside me and took the collar of my jacket. He jerked me up, I couldn't figure out what he was trying to do, but it seemed like he was pissed. I caught his wrist and digged my nails in his skin as I burned it. Making him yelp in pain.

Lyon let go of me. I tried to free my feet from the frozen chunks they were set in, but it was no use. I was stuck.

I don't know if it was the fact that Lyon had just aimed some ice spears at me, that made me collapse to the ground. Or something else. But the next thing I remember was that I felt a shiver trough my body and my vision turned black. It felt like a black hole had sucked my powers and made my mind blank out.
