Chapter 8 - The box

*Natsu's POV* ~ *The next morning*

''Natsu! Natsu! Wake up''' I heard. What is this for bad dream? I opened my eyes. It wasn't a bad dream, it is Lizzy trying to wake me up. And she did.

''Good morning Liz.'' She smiled.

''Gray called me always Liz when we were kids.'' She told me. Of course he must be coming with it before me. Well doesn't matter he knows her longer than I do so.

''I'm hungry.'' She said.

''Let's make breakfast then, what do you want?'' I asked while walking to the kitchen.

''I don't know, give me what you have.''

I made an egg and toast with cheese. ''For you'' I say while serving the food to the table. We both start eating our breakfast. Normally I didn't eat breakfast in great detail, mostly only coffee and a piece of bread.

''Gray called yesterday, he was worried about you.'' I said while serving the coffee. She seems shocked ''I need to go back to him.''

''You can change your clothes in the bathroom, if you want to.'' I said. She was still wearing my t-shirt and it looks really cute on her but I guess she wants her own clothes back now.

''Where is the bathroom?'' She asked.

''Second door left.''

''Allright, be right back.''

I was still eating my breakfast. Then I start realize something. I have my 'Blood tablets' left in the bathroom yesterday.

What if Lizzy finds them? What if she finds out I'm a vampire?

*Lizzy's POV*

I walked to the bathroom, to change my clothes. I opened the door and walked in. I saw a mirror, I'm still wearing the grey t-shirt, Natsu's t-shirt.

I start undo it, I still can't believe Natsu had changed my clothes.

When I had my own clothes back on, I start cleaning my face. I tried to fix my messy hair with my fingers, but it doesn't work. So I leave it the way it is.

Then my eyes go to a pillbox on the edge of the sink. I know it's impolite to look into someone else's stuff. But it really caught my attention, so I have to.

I picked up the pillbox and reads: 'Blood tablets.' What does that mean?

I turned the small box around and reads the ingredients. In bigger black letters I read: 'For vampires only.' So that means Natsu is a vampire?!

*Natsu's POV*

I heard something from the bathroom, like a hard noise. Lizzy?

I walked to the bathroom. ''Lizzy are you ok?'' I asked worried. ''I'm fine... But...'' She said while unlocking the door, she opened the door, ''... What is this?'' She asked while holding my blood tablets in her hand.

Shit! She found out...

''Lizzy listen..'' I start explaining. After this she deserve to know the truth. '''I don't know how to tell you this...'' I said so calm as possible. ''Natsu, if you don't wanna talk about it, then it's fine all right.'' She said while holding her hands on my shoulders, trying to calm me down.

''No, I have to tell you this, but don't freak out alright?'' I said while removing her hands from my shoulders and put them together in mine.

I have seriously no idea how to tell her this. It makes me confused. My hands start shaking, I can feel my forehead start sweat. How am I supposed to tell her this?

''Natsu, calm down, you don't have to talk about it, if you don't want to.''

''No, I want you to know this, but I just don't know how to say it.''

''So listen, don't freak out.'' My hands start shaking more than ever. ''It's fine if you don't wanna talk about it.'' She said while coming closer to me, trying to calm me down.

''No, you have to know it! Lizzy I'm a vampire!'' I said in one breath. She was still relaxed. ''So you're not scared or something?''

''No, why should I?''

''Because I can suck your blood.''

''So what?'' She said simply.

''So you're saying that I may suck your blood if I want to?'' I asked confused. She giggles. ''No, but I'm not scared for you and it doesn't matter if you're vampire or human. I trust you.''

I smile that's sweet. This was the first time someone said something like that to me.

''I just accept you the way you are.'' She said. It makes me smile more .

I didn't realize I meant so much for her. ''So you're fine by me as a vampire?'' I asked. I can't realize she would accept it the way it was because no one ever did. She nod ''I like you the way you are.'' She said while coming closer to me. It makes me step backwards.

I tried to avoid her but the wall blocked me. Lizzy in front of me.

She was acting a little bit strange, like she really, really loved me.

She came closer to me. ''Uuh... Liz''

''What is it?'' She said while touching my cheek. I try to push her back. But she pushed herself back to me.

She was playing with my hair, came closer to me and pushed her body against mine. I can feel her breath in my neck, I just let her do what she wants to do because I don't want to hurt her.

She came closer to me, her lips touched mine. I could feel her tongue in my mouth, I put my tongue back into her mouth. I moved a little back, but she hold me close to her. It seems she really liked me like like-like.

We kissed for a long time. It had to be a perfect kiss but of course there must be going something wrong: I bite in her lip. I didn't meant to do it.

''Ouch.'' She shout while pushing me away from her. She had a deep wound in her lip and it was bleeding.

I could taste her blood in my mouth. No, not again, not now. But it was too late.

My eyes start glowing red. I was sitting against the wall, breathing heavy and painfully. Stupid Vampire instinct.

''Sorry Lizzy i wouldn't...'' I tried to say. ''Natsu are you ok?'' She interrupt me. She came closer to me, she's worried. ''Don't...come...any closer..'' I said with pain while breathing.

''If you think I'm gonna let you have pain. Than you're wrong! I'm not gonna let you down!'' She said.

I didn't realize she was so worried about me. She came closer to me. ''Take... Take what you want.'' She said while taking her hoody half off. So her shoulder was naked.

I start being more hungry to blood. No, I can't bite her, not now, it isn't the right time. I pushed her back. ''Just...let...it...the...way...it...is'' I said out of breath. ''No, I'm not gonna let you down!'' She said with confidence.

She takes my shoulder and looked into my eyes. I looked back into hers. It makes me relaxed like 'normal.'

''You're back!'' She smiled. ''Thank you Liz.'' She hugs me, I hug her back.

''So... we are boyfriend-girlfriend now?'' She asked softly. I blushed ''Sure.''

''I love you Natsu'' She said soft while hugging me stronger.

''I love you too Liz.''

I'ts just special how someone can love you in just a short time.
