(Hinata's pov)

I looked at my calendar, drying my hair with my towel. I noticed that today is my first day at my new college. I sighed, "Great... A new school... just what I need...." I went over to my closet, opening the door and choosing my favorite orange pattern button-up shirt. I threw it on without buttoning it then went over to my dresser. I chose some black dress pants and yanked them on, tucking my shirt in still unbuttoned. I put my socks and shoes on and walked out of my room, getting blasted with the smell of sausage, eggs, and syrup.

I ran down the stairs to the kitchen. My mom was over at the stove, taking off the last of the sausages. "Ohayou, mom!!" I said excitedly.

"Ohayou, Shoyo," she turned and looked at me. "Tomorrow's your birthday, Sho. You better start packing." She laughed, her eyes irritated.

I rolled my eyes, hearing her double meaning in her words. I've always known she wanted me out, but, hearing her say it.... well, it really hurt. "Whatever, mom," I said, smiling despite my eyes stinging and heart heavy. The only reason my mom wants me out is because I came out as gay two weeks ago. Until I came out, though, she didn't want me to leave. After I told her, she wrote my birthday on the calendar as "moving out".

I grabbed a plate and loaded it. Natsu came running in. "Oniiiii-chaaan!!" She ran up to me, ramming into me, almost knocking me over in the process, and hugged me tight. She's 13 but she didn't really get to learn how to grow up because of mom and dad splitting up. "I don't want you to go to school!" She looked up at me, tearing up.

"Natsu," I said, sighing. I patted her head, smiling at her. "I have to so I can get a good job and get you some good clothes."

Yes, my dad is rich, but he and my mom got divorced a long time ago. My dad got me my car for my 16th birthday, he taught me how to drive, he gets me and my sister all my clothes, etc etc. My mom, on the other hand, sued my dad just so that she didn't lose custody of us. She doesn't do shit for us, which is a good reason why, after I move out, I'm gonna take care of Natsu because she doesn't deserve this.

She pulled away from me and ran to the table, hopping onto her chair. I sat next to her, disabling my mom's ability to. Mom glared at me and I smiled back. "Something wrong, Mom?" I asked, keeping my smile.

She smiled back, showing her teeth. "Nope," she said through her teeth. "Nothing at all." She sat across of us, completely forgetting to get Natsu some food.

I took a plate from under mine and scooped some of my food from my plate onto hers and handed her the fork I was hiding. "There you go, Natsu." I smiled, glaring at Mom from the corner of my eye.

She grinned. "Thank you, Oni-chan!"

I nodded then took a bite. After I was finished, I went to the sink and turned the faucet on. "Damnit, Mom!" I yelled after the water wouldn't turn on. "You didn't pay the water bill?!" I whipped around to glare at her.

She rolled her eyes at me. "What are you going to do," She asked. "Hit me like your father?"

Natsu was looking between us, panicking. Tears were spilling down her face. "Oni, whats happening?" She stared at me, her eyes wide.

"Nothing, Natsu, It's ok. After I pay the bill," I said, scratching her head soothingly. "We're leaving."

"Where are we gonna go?" She smiled brightly while my mom was yelling.

"You are not going anywhere with my kid, you Dilf!" She smacked me.

I took a deep breath and took my phone out, paying the bill. "Yes the fuck I am, bitch." I picked Natsu up, took her to her room, and locked the door behind us.
