Kenma's pov
I watched as Shoyo put his makeup on and Kuro walked in. "Hey, Kozu- Who dis?" He came up behind me and wrapped his arms around my chest.
I rolled my eyes and smiled. "This is the dancer that Midnight was talking about," I said. When I looked up at him, he looked confused. I sighed and rolled my eyes. "You know, when we saw her at the gas station?"
"Oh!" He said. "Now I remember! Hey there," He said, winking at him. "I'm Kuroo."
Shoyo's face turned red and he said, "Hi. I'm Shoyo..." He looked away from Kuro and continued to do his makeup.
I watched a Kuro flirted with him, making it very obvious. He rested his head on Sho's shoulder and buried his face into his neck. He was playing with his hair, toying with his earlobe, etc.
I rested my forehead on my arms, closing my eyes for a few seconds. I felt a little jealous of both of them. I mean, I'm in love with Kuro, but I'm also in love with Sho? Damn, these emotions are confusing. I sighed internally and felt myself submerging into a deep sleep.
The dream world began to form around me, my old neighborhood materializing around me. I could see the young Kuro in front of me, holding me by the wrist and dragging me out of my house. I looked down at my body and saw that I was little again.
"You have to go outside once in a while!" Kuro's childish voice said, his head turning to me to reveal his face was gone, indents where his eyes and mouth are supposed to be. "Look how pale you are!" As he spoke, the skin where his mouth is supposed to be at moved and stretched, his jaw moving up and down how it would usually do if he had a mouth.
I felt nauseous, feeling as though I was going to throw up. I yanked on my hand but his grip grew tighter and I looked down to see that his hand has grown onto my wrist, his skin melding and attaching to me. I could tell this was a lucid dream, seeing as I felt everything in my human body that I felt in my dream. I tried to wake myself up but it didn't work.
"Let go of me, Kuro." I tried to state in a calm tone but my voice came out shaky and cracked. I cleared my throat and glared at him, my heart racing in terror.
"Why," He said, the skin where his eyebrows should be at raising up like he was upset and the skin where his 'mouth' is turning down. "Don't you want to be with me?"
I started shaking, feeling even more nauseous from the sight. "No, I don't!"
I startled awake, feeling as though I was about to throw up. Kuro and Sho looked at me, concern obvious on their faces. I bolted to the bathroom and sat at the toilet, the contents of my breakfast coming up in chunks.
Kuro walked in calmly and held my hair back and rubbing my back soothingly. Once I was finished, I brushed my teeth twice, swished mouth was three times, and washed my face. While I was cleaning myself up, he leaned against the wall with his arms crossed, worry still plain on his face. Once I was finished, he pulled me into his arms, tightly hugging me. "Another one of those nightmares?" He asked, whispering in my ear.
I nodded, keeping my face buried in his chest. I hugged him tightly, breathing his cologne and calming down. When I finally stopped shaking, he let me go, but I kept hugging him. He let me work through my thoughts and settle down mentally, standing completely still for me, knowing that if he moved suddenly, it would make the process start over. When my intrusive thoughts were finally shut out and buried deep inside, I slowly loosened my grip around his waist and stepped back. "Thank you, Kuro..." I muttered, embarrassed.
He simply smiled at me, not needing say anything. We walked out of the bathroom, going to the kitchen to get me something to eat, and Sho was in there. He made us all some food and his little sister was awake and sitting at the table, complaining about how hungry she was and why it wasn't fair that she had to wait for us.
"But Big Brother!!" She groaned, irritated and laying her head on the table. Sho was standing behind the counter, keeping the food out of reach from her. "It's not fair! Why should I wait for people I don't even know?"
"Because you're going to learn your manners!" Sho replied to her, his tone strict. "It's rude to start eating before everyone has been served their food and been seated." He noticed us walking in and smiled. "And, here they are!"
His little sister turned to reveal her features the exact replica of his. She smiled. "Hi!" She waved at me, already knowing Kuro.
I waved back, smiling. Sho handed us our bowls and carried his and his sisters to the table. "This is Kenma. Kenma, this is Natsu."
"Hi Natsu, it's nice to meet you." I sat down, setting my bowl down on the table and waiting for the others.
"Nice to meet you too." She looked at Sho. "Can I have my food now, Big Brother?"
He rolled his eyes as Kuro sat down and got settled. "Yes, now you can." He set her bowl infront of her.
We all pressed out hands together, muttered to ourselves, and began to eat. He made ramen with meat, eggs, and vegetables.
After we were all done, Sho insisted that since he was a guest, he should wash the dishes. He thought Kuro and I lived together, so when I told him that we didn't, he grew red with embarrassment.
We all just hung out in Kuro's house, playing video games for the rest of the day and night.
