the group notices something's off

3rd person pov:
He woke up like usually except his arms hurt, he went to the bathroom and rolled up his sleeve he was instantly reminded of what happened the previous night once he sees the bloody bandages, he decides to change the bandages. After he does that he goes to his desk and starts a stream.
Tommy's pov:
After I changed my bandages I went to start a stream, I started the stream and almost instantly 25k joined. "Hello chat today I am just gonna be hanging out with Wilbur, ranboo, and tubbo" my chat starts saying things like "oh cool" "why are you back?" "Yay your back" "are you okay tommy?" "no more yelling finally you listened" I just don't read my chat cuz of the hate. I join the server with Wilbur, ranboo, and tubbo. "Hey guys" I say I'm a calm and controlled voice. "Hey Tommy" tubbo says joyfully. "Sup" ranboo says chill "hey Tommy, are you okay?" Wilbur says concerned. "I-I'm fine" I say clearly lying. "Ok sure oh and Tommy?" He says/asks. "Yeah" I say calmly. "Me, you, techno, phlza, tubbo, ranboo, and dream are meeting up. " " Oh ok then" I say slightly panicked. 'what if they see the scars' I think to myself. 'whatever I'll be fine' I think shooing away my thoughts. After the stream Wilbur asked if I could stay on the call with him tubbo and ranboo. "Wassup" I ask confused. "Are you feeling okay" ranboo says. " yeah why" I say kinda worried that he might know. "You seem off so we were just checking on you" tubbo says. "O-ok" I say cussing my self out in my head for stuttering. "We will be there tomorrow to pick you up, ok?" Wilbur asks. "Mhmm" I say tired like. "You should pack then get some sleep" ranboo says .

No one's pov
That night tommy couldn't sleep he wasn't sure if it was the fact he hadn't eaten in a little over 24 hours or if it was cause he was panicking about tomorrow either way he got no sleep that night. The next day about noonish a car pulled up to his house it had 7 seats, driving was philza next to him was techno, sitting in the middle was Wilbur and ranboo, and finally in the back was tubbo, dream and soon to be tommy.

Ranboo's pov
"So tommy has been acting of for a while and won't talk to anyone so we have to do something" Wilbur says
"Like what?" Techno says pretty annoyed. "Uhhh why don't we all meet up?" I suggest "and by all I mean me, Wilbur, techno, philza, tubbo, dream, and tommy." "That's actually a really good idea....." Wilbur says surprised.

Ranboo's pov present time
So tommy put his stuff in the car then got in he looked really tired "so uh where are we going?" Tommy asks

We are going to a hotel in Brighton" Wilbur says. "Also on the way there try and sleep ok?" I tell him. "I'm not tired" he says yawning. "Yes you are I can tell" I say trying to convince him to get some sleep. "Hmm fine" he says. For like 5 minutes he sits in the middle of the back seat looking like he wanted to say something.

ommy's pov
After Wilbur told me where we were going. Ranboo had told me to sleep on the way there I tried to refuse but he ended up winning. 'i wanna cuddle up to tubbo' I thought. After about 5 minutes tubbo had asked what was wrong. "What's wrong tommy" "I-uh I wanted to know i-if I could c-c-cuddle up to you?" I asked nervous. "Of course bossman" tubbo said cheerfully. I cuddle up to him and within minutes I fall asleep.

No one's pov
After they arrived to the hotel tubbo woke up tommy. They got everything inside and unpacked settled Rooms They had 6 rooms and 7 people so the people sharing were tubbo and ranboo. And everyone else had there own room.

Tommy's pov
I went to my room put my things away then walked to the bathroom, turned on the hot water (and a little cold) removed my clothes and got in.
While I was in the shower my eyes where closed then I heard the door open witch I ignored, then I heard it slam close witch I jumped at and quickly turn around scared. 'probably just my imagination' I think to myself.

Tubbo's pov
I heard the water in the bathroom running so I went to check it out I go in and I see tommy taking a shower 'uhhh what the' I think to myself. 'wait are those SCARS!!!' I think worried. I run out accidentally slamming the door. I run to my room crying, 'how could I not see, I'm such a bad friend, why would he do that' I think to myself while crying. Ranboo walks in and runs up to me "what's wrong tubbo!!!" "T-tommy h-he has s-s-scars on his arms t-they look l-like kn-knife scars..." I say trying to keep myself together. "O-oh" ranboo says tears forming in his eyes. Ranboo started to just let the tears fall. "Wanna gat him in here?" Ranboo asks trynna lighten the mood. "Y-yeah" tubbo says calming down a bit.
Tommy's pov
Once I got out of the shower and put a hoodie and sweatpants on, ranboo walked up to me and asked me to go to his and tubbo's room. "Can you come to mine and tubbo's room?" "Yeah sure" I say confused. Once I get to their room, tubbo says "show me your arms" "w-what" I say while thinking 'sh*t' "show me now" his voice gets more forceful. I hesitantly pull up my sleeves (also he didn't put new bandages on them so yeah) to reveal scars. Tears start running down my cheek, "i-im s-s-sorry..." I say starting to cry. "H-hey we're not mad just plz don't do it again..." Ranboo says coming up to me and hugging me. Tubbo also hugging me at this point. "I-im sorry" he says like he did something wrong. "Why? you did nothing wrong." I say calmly yet guiltly. "
