A Mother's Love

Chapter 2

Lisa's Pov

'Morning world' today's another day. 

As usual I get up early to prepare everything for me and my son, Liam

"Hey dad!" I stood at my spot with my eye widen

"You're up early?" I said and sat down looking at him

"So we can go to school early" He said and went to the kitchen to wait for his breakfast

"Why do you want to be at school this early though?" I asked while I take a bowl of cereal for him

"Ms. Jennie said she'll give us a gift if we come early" He said and I looked at him for awhile

"I see.." I said and poured some milk on the bowl of cereal

Me and my son are walking down the road now, It's early so we're taking our time to walk.

"So what's the game you're going to play later?" I asked while we walk together

"I don't know dad. But Ms. Jennie said it'll be fun!" He said happily

"Share them to me tonight?" I said

"I will dad!" He said

As we reached his school, I kissed him goodbye and told him I'll head to work. 

Jennie's Pov

I've recently became a new class teacher of the school I work at. My students are amazing to be honest, I'm not saying I have my favorites but Liam? He's a lot different from all the students. I spent most of my free time focusing on Liam since I found out he doesn't do so well with studying. I believe he could catch on like every other students but at the meantime he just isn't so motivated. or at least something is holding him back?

Liam's a smart boy. And that's what I want to bring out from him.

The first day I laid my eyes on him. He looked pretty sad and lonely. Almost like he doesn't have friends at all? Or he could be a shy type person only? I don't know.

"Good morning lovelies!" I said as I entered my class with papers on my hands

"Good Morning Ms. Jennie" Everyone said

I continued my way to my sit and sat down while everyone watches my move

"Could I have everyone's assignment on the table please?" I said

Everyone began to stand up walking towards my table to place down their assignments

I'm surprised they all did.. If planning a game for them was to get their homework's done then I'd be glad to

"Hi Ms. Jennie, Good morning." Liam said as he went closer to give his homework to me

"Good morning to you too big boy" I said and smiled at him

If you're going to ask? Kids are definitely my happiness. They could be a pain in the ass but I love them. I've always wanted to have one but I guess it isn't the right timing yet? And besides, I'm still single. I had my first real heartbreak. Too intense I never wanted to fall in love again.

"Since everyone got their homework done, Let's play?!" I said making everyone clap their hands in excitement

couple of hours has passed and school is almost coming to it's end. I'm sitting next to Liam now while I teach him the class work. half of the class seemed to finished, others still doing but Liam seemed to be stuck. Sometimes I wonder who helps him with his homework at home? Maybe his mother.
