Epilogue :: 9 days

(Y/n's POV)

"I like it..." Jimin's kick had the man fall face first.

"Me too." Said Jungkook.

"Arch?" Archi clenched her arm in pain. The wound had been untreated and badly overlooked since it hit her.

"I'm okay." Her wound had started to take the shape of cellulitis, a severe damaging to the lower tissues. Her arm had swollen a bit and her body felt warm, indicating mild fever.

"You're not. We couldn't get the police right-" The sirens of the police van echoed in the silence of the dawn. It was already 5:30, and Armys were rushing to the location after Taehyung's live stream.

The boys pulled Mezhao along with them to where the 4 youngest stood. Yoongi had already broken his crown with that pressure cooker lid, Y/n had; but his heart did not have enough of hitting him.

"Stop it, will you?" Yoongi pouted at Jin, who had grown annoyed of him continuously hitting the man, some the other place; and had snatched the lid away.

"Aron Elrod and Mezhao Zhang, be right where you are. Police has surrounded you."

The announcement of the chief inspector lightened their hearts. But Jimin and Jungkook were still perplexed.

"Who informed the police?" I asked.
"Not me." Everyone denied.

"Army did. I live streamed everything. They're here." Taehyung came out of his hiding. Taehyung had picked up the CCTV controller tab and had forecasted the whole event.

"You should have told you're alive." Jimin fumed at him.
"I hate you." Said Jungkook, tears on his eyes.
"I hate him too." Said Hoseok and Namjoon.

"Ahh, now don't flatter me please." Taehyung rubbed the back of his neck.

"Hands up!" The police broke the main door and entered the house.

"Take her to the ER." The inspector instructed the junior policewomen to escort Archi to emergency and the remaining enead to safety.

"Archi?"
"Mhm..." After 13 hours, Archi had finally responded to all the calls. The doctors had injected the ampoule in her drip, which was being regulated every 4 hours.

"You can hear me?" I sat next to her, my head on the older's chest, on my heart's heart.

"Hmm. I can. I'm awake." She replied in a weak voice.

"I hate you." I couldn't stop my sob.

"You changed your words... Again."

"I really hate you!" Archi smiled in sleep.

HYBE crew and staff had reached US. The members sat with their staff, outside Archi's hospital chamber, waiting for any response from her.

I came out of the room, lightly closing the door. The doctor said that it was best to give her body more rest, and that I should also rest.

"She's okay?" Asked Namjoon.
"Yeah. She responded to me. We spoke. Doctor asked me to let her rest."

"Yeah, that's best." Said Jin.
"I think... you all should now get going. You had it hard."

"Yeah we will. We were just waiting for a news. Now we can finally exhale." Said Yoongi.

"9 days, it was." The members hugged me and took one glance of my sleeping manager, before heading to their cars.

Manager Sejin bowed to me and I  reciprocated the gesture.

"Bye!"

Time: 10:50 PM

Dear Diary,
                        Hey diary, it's me, Y/n, writing you after a long while. These months, I had it quite rough. Packed schedules.

Aron was taken to custody and tried in the court. He's sentenced to death, thanks to Taehyung's live streaming. And Mezhao has been given life imprisonment, with charge of murder.

I am happy that we could end this. Honestly, that day, I was so scared. I wanted to die and when Archi didn't respond to me, after everything ended; My breath stopped.

But now her arm's doing pretty good. Although it hurts her sometimes, she's okay. I really wanted her to go back to her parents.

So yeah, we're going to India. To her place, West Bengal, India.

I remember those childhood memories. I love to see families intact, I didn't have one, maybe that's the reason.

I'm not resentful, it's afterall me... who chose to not visit mum because it ends her in trouble.

But I have finalized my collaboration with Bangtan and also Tomorrow by Together. So I'll be going to Korea after 4 years, since my last concert.

And after 20 years, to visit my mum.

Not now. Later, straight from Subhash Chandra Bose International Airport.

Just wish me luck, that I don't embarrass me again.

We stayed with Bangtan for a whole week and a day more because of our peril, followed by one more, spent restlessly.

However it was spent, I will never forget it. They do mean something more. And who would forget, their death passing just some inches away?

2 girls, 7 boys, 8 incidents and 9 days, it was.~

We're over with this book.

Honestly, this is my current favourite book. And I'm so glad to finish it.

I know this isn't the best storyline, because I never had a definite idea for it.
