Hello there my pretties! see..quick update just like i promised. i hope i can keep it up. let's start shall we? ENJOY!
After spending the entire weekend in her apartment without anything better to do but to catch up with work, şahika was more than happy to return to work on Monday.
Of course another reason for her happiness was Ender's return. But she wasn't quite ready to admit that to herself yet. So when she got ready with a bit more enthusiasm, she didn't notice. Or rather she didn't want to notice.
But it was obvious she was putting a lot more effort and care into her looks. She chose her outfit with attention and applied an extra layer of makeup.
Honestly, she wasn't sure why she was even doing this! Did she want to impress ender? Well..maybe. Şahika had a crush on her boss; she knew it. there was no denying that. But she hadn't realised how hard her crush was until she learned about Ender's trip with her husband. It clearly bothered her and she wasn't certain how she should deal with that. Should she deal with it at all? Should she try to control herself? Or should she just let it go and enjoy the moment?
Well she was choosing the latter by the looks of it.
She checked her appearance one last time, pet Simba on the head, and got out of her apartment; she was already late!
The lingering looks Ender gave her over her appearance was worth it though; worth the extra time she had spent choosing clothes and doing her makeup, worth the extra money she had spent on purchasing new outfits...worth it all.
Şahika grinned to herself as Ender's eyes lingered on her body even more. She was looking at her up and down, analysing her. Without realising that şahika was well aware of her staring.
The attention she received from ender made şahika glow with satisfaction; she could feel blood rushing to her cheeks. But she bit her lips and cleared her throat to contain herself.
Which made Ender jump from her seat! She blushed for a moment but controlled it in no time "uhmm..right well..what was i saying?"
"Ahmm..i just got here ms.ender, you haven't said anything yet" HAH! So she was that distracted; good to know.
Ender's eyes grew wider than usual, her mouth was moving without uttering a single word and her neck had gotten a pink hue; she was clearly embarrassed.
"Indeed! Yes well..i..i must still be exhausted from my trip; anyway..my son has a basketball match this evening and it's very important to him therefore, i'm leaving early. However, I have an urgent meeting first thing in the morning so I'm asking you to bring the necessary documents to me. They all should be ready by 9pm. So you'll have to wait up till then and take them from yasemin -my assistant-. Come to the house after that..."
She looked up at şahika while continuing "you should hand them personally to me dear do you understand?"
Şahika was too busy trying to control her excitement to notice Ender had called her 'dear'. She had to deliver something to entertain...in her own house. She was going to Ender's house! 'The house she shares with her HUSBAND and their CHILD' a little voice said in her head but she chose to ignore it.
"Yes of course i understand ms.ender don't worry about anything. I'll do exactly as you've told me"
Ender nodded her head and looked her up and down one last time. But when she noticed that şahika's eyes were still on her, she cleared her throat "very well. You may go now."
