Angst I guess..

turns into a Simon X Reader sorry bestie

"what the fuck have we to do for the homework?" I ask Kate.

She shrugs.

"come over and we can do it together." she tells me.

I nod, Kate and I have been dating for a year today, it's our anniversary. so going over to her house to do homework isn't a shocker, and besides she gets amazing grades.

Knocking on her door I stand and wait.

Around five minutes later im still waiting when I hear the door open.

There's Kate.

Her hairs messy and her lipsticks smudged.

I don't jump to conclusions until a boy. None other than josh steps out from behind her.

Pink lipstick over his face.

The things that were in my hands fall.

Including a card for Kate.

Tears begin to stream from my eyes.

"I can't believe you." I mutter.

Josh looks at me and then catches on.

"you said you two had broke up." he tells Kate.

She shrugs.

"sorry?" she says with a smirk.

"on our anniversary too?" I ask.

She chuckles and nods.

I kick the stuff towards her before walking to Simons house.

The second I knock his door he answers.

He drags me into his house and demands me to explain.

The minute I explain I cry harder.

Simon says nothing but pulls me in for a hug.

"What did I do wrong.?" I ask myself repeatedly.

"nothing y/n. You did nothing." Simon comforts.

A week later Kate and josh made it official and so did Simon and I.

Simon has always liked me and I won't lie, I've always liked him.

When I walk to my locker Kate and josh are standing there kissing.

I groan and shove them out the way, just then Simon walks over.

"you okay?" he asks.

"yep." I say popping the p and kissing him.

Kate gags.

"you weren't gagging when we were together." I say angrily.

"I never loved you." she says shrugging..

Thats when my heart hit rock bottom.

"you don't mean that." I argue.

She laughs.
"yes I do y/n. Yes I do."
