Once the sun was up, like clockwork, M/n woke up before the other two, or so he thought.
"Morning your majesty."

"Oh, I didn't know your to be an early riser, Ajax."

"I had to be when I was first brought into the army. Morning training was necessary if I wanted to be the strongest."Tartaglia was prideful when speaking of his training regimen from a few years ago. M/n chuckles at his wolf then look down at the pup clinging to him; Kunikuzushi was still asleep.
"Hmm...I wonder..."M/n moves the covers over and opens Kunikuzushi's yukata and chuckles.
"I guess I marked Kunikuzushi!"

"Really?! Let me see!"Tartaglia strides over, nearly stumbling in the process to see if M/n was telling the truth and he was! On Kunikuzushi's stomach was a snowflake but that wasn't all, when Tartaglia moves back he catches a glimpse of a purple mark on the back of M/n's neck; it was the Electro symbol.
"Noooo!!!!"

"Ack?!"

"Taglia, what the hell is wrong?!" Tartaglia's cry of agony jolts Kunikuzushi out of his sleep and startles M/n. The two watch as Tartaglia screams into a pillow and kicks his legs in a fit.
"What exactly did I miss?"

"I'm trying to figure out myself. Anyway, let's get ready for battle, I can sense an abundance of electro moving our way and that means I have ahead to parade around with when this is over."

"So morbid your majesty. Ugh If war wasn't on its way to us right now I'd sleep longer."M/n and Tartaglia chuckle at then start to get dressed for war.

M/n takes a deep breath and releases it, the air cools as he does this, he flexes his shoulder and stretches as his Claymore stands before him; stabbed in the dirt. He places both hands on the handle and places his forehead on his hands.
Be with me father...Be my strength and the wind at my back...I know you hated the act of war and would rather fight with reason and logic but this is the only way.
M/n lifts his head just to see the storm raging towards them. He turns to face the many soldiers of the rebellion and nods.
"For those who are brave enough to brave the storm, I commend you! I can't guarantee there won't be any casualties but I'll try my damnedest to make sure everyone survives this battle...The frost will be at your back but if I cannot keep my promise, throw me to the ice. ARE YOU READY!?"

"YEAH!!!"The army roars out bravely and M/n turns just as Kokomi and Ayaka arrive to stand next to him.
"Thank you for everything."

"Save it for when the war ends. We have to focus."

"My, my the first snow of the Tsaritsa is a brave man!"M/n turns back around to be met with a woman with pink hair and Fox ears.
"You must be Yae Miko, correct?"

"Yes, do you truly believe you'll be able to shake Ei?"

"Ei?"The prince cocks his well-kept eyebrow at Yae but she only chuckles and ties a charm around the hilt of the claymore; it was blue and purple with a speck of gold.
"This charm once belonged to your father, Blythe...His last visit here was before he died, he left this for me to give to you. Your father will always be with you, in sword and spirit. You must shake Ei to her core because she does not know."Yae then leaves as quickly as she came; leaving M/n confused as lightning strikes just beyond them.
"You ladies ready to bring forth a new era?"

"Definitely."They watch with hammering hearts as The Raiden Shogun steps forth from her army with Sara next to her. M/n steps forward with both Kokomi and Ayaka but Kunikuzushi rushes forward; grabbing M/n by the wrist.
"I have to go with you."

"Kunikuzushi...Are you sure?"

"As sure as the snow that falls in Snezhnaya."The two Prince look back at Tartaglia and he nods reassuringly, urging them to go on.

Soon both ends meet in the middle.
"Mother, surrender now and things can end peacefully."

❝Mother?❞ A disembodied voice rings out in M/n's mind, he couldn't allow the enemy to see his confusion but he was different two sheets to the wind when hearing that voice.
The Shogun didn't show any type of want to pull back and immediately draws her sword, throwing herself forward! M/n pushes Kunikuzushi and the others back and swings his Claymore to block the strike, he pushes the Shogun back, she then rushes back swinging her sword down from above as M/n swings up to counter attack but suddenly, a portal opens and swallows him whole. Startled and confused he frantically glances around until he spots Ei.
"Mind telling me what's going on?"

"Your death bitch!"

"Oh my! Is this how you speak to your elders?"M/n was prepared to let the Shogun have every dirty word he could think of but hearing the woman before him speak caught him off guard. It was almost as if the person before him was someone different.
"Are you trying to play stupid so I'd let my guard down? We're in the middle of a war with you!"

"War?! What do you mean war?! What's happening outside?!"

"Out...side? What the fuck are you talking about? Matter of fact, where the hell am I?"
M/n began to search the area he was in; Tori gates, sand, and a strange sky.
"This is the plane of Euthymia, this is where I've been meditating for the past twenty-two years."

"Twenty-two years? That's how old Kunikuzushi is.."

"Who?"

"Your son! How do you not know how old your child is?!"

"I HAVE A CHILD?!" Then it clicked for M/n, the shift in personality between the woman he met and the one that stood before him, they weren't the same. M/n stabs his sword into the sand and asked for her to explain what was really going on and so Ei introduces herself properly before telling M/n all he needed to know.
"Oooh, my head hurts from everything you just said...So your the real Shogun and the woman I threaten to kill is a puppet...This puppet, who is in pursuit of longevity, made a strange decision right after you put her in charge, without your knowledge at that. She got married, had a child, killed her husband, and neglected the child.
And at no point did you realize this happened, until now. This near war could have been avoided if you just came out of your head for two fucking minutes to touch grass!!"M/n was spiraling from the overload of information and connected dots.

He sighs heavily, this man was truly ready for a war but got something else instead; the truth about the Shogun's actions.
"Now that we have this uh... Settled and figured out, can we please get out of your head?"

"I haven't been outside in-."

"If we don't go right now, I'll kill you as I had planned to!"

"O-one portal out!"

"I'm so over this shit.."
