School was back in session after the long winter break. Amber didn't socialize much, mainly keeping to herself. Socializing wasn't her forté unlike her popular younger brother.
He was mom's favorite child no doubt about it.
Mrs.Snow broke Amber out of her trance. " We have a new student, please welcome Kim Taehyung."
Girls screamed saying to place him by them. There was no denying this boy looked like a angel. Or maybe a model out of a vogue magazine. Eyes locking with his I was mesmerized.
Why is he walking towards me? Oh no Mrs. Snow didn't, or did she? Why do I feel like I'm burning up all of a sudden?
"Hi, I'm Taehyung they said I could sit by you."
Don't make a fool out of yourself Amber "Y-yeah that's fine, it's not like I own the school desks."God why did I say that
"Well thank you also can I have your name?" Asking softly. His voice was soothing like when you watch the leaves fall in Autumn. "Oh um I'm Amber,nice to meet you."
Several days past I would see Taehyung here and there. We weren't friends yet only classmates. Beauty radiated off his presence as he walked these compact hallways.Girls would throw themselves towards him. He didn't care though he would just politely decline them.
2 weeks later
I began watching him from afar, no not in a creepy way. He was just hard to not notice. Slowly he started making friends with popular boys and girls. Guess his looks and got him in with the populars.
Main one he became friends with was none other than Jungkook. Out of everyone,why him? Jungkook was cocky, snide, and just ugh. Don't get me wrong there was once a time when he wasn't that way. But that was before high school, before he broke out of his shyness shell.
Maybe when people stop being ugly ducklings is when people change. Jungkook certainly did and he proves it everyday.
