"Kookie wait for me you know I have short legs." She says while chasing behind me. The boy couldn't help but smirk at the fact she couldn't keep up. "Amber grow taller so you can catch up then!"
We had been childhood friends and were basically best friends. Knowing everything about each other was a understatement. Starting high school soon I know we might drift apart.
No matter what happens I wanna stay close to her. Even if we are no longer "close" I wanna be by her side from afar.
"Caught you kookie!" Tackling him to the ground. "Geez your heavy get off of me" uncontrollable laughter filled the park. Little did I know this would be our last summer as "besties".
Jungkook shook the flashback from his mind. Why was he bringing this memory? It's been 2 years since then. But he's kept his promise wether she knows or not. I've been protecting her from the sidelines.
She thinks I'm being a asshole to her when in reality I'm protecting her from "popular" people. I don't even want this I just want her as my only friend again.
How can someone look so adorable and beautiful just sitting there. Her hair playing against her face as the small breeze hits her. Not again I shouldn't have feelings towards her. Is she staring at me ? Or ? Oh she's staring at him of course.
Looking at his friend he noticed their eye contact with each other . Made him kinda jealous to be honest.
I didn't want them to become friends that's why I didn't tell him anything about her. She doesn't need to be hurt by him. He's a pretty boy with many girls chasing after him. Feeling the table move I saw him get up to walk over to her.
I'm sure if looks could kill he would be on the ground lifeless.
