Uphorian Online (Work in progress)

Chapter 1

The troubles all began when I put on that damn helmet. The year is 2050, technology has taken huge strides and we have been able to produce a fully functioning virtual reality helmet. The company who built this contraption is actually composed of researchers from Japan, the United States, the United Kingdom, and a few European countries like Germany and Sweden. This helmet has been used for a variety of purposes like training doctors for difficult surgeries, training soldiers in the field and heat of action, and of course, video games. This is what I was most interested in and the reason why I bought the Dream Converter (the helmet). There was a specific mmorpvrg(massively multiplayer online role-playing virtual reality game) that was released and hyped up called Uphorian Online. I heard that at least 100,000 people went out and bought the game the day it was released, I was one of those people (In the United States alone). Everything was fine until those 5 unknown people came out of nowhere...
<Right when I put on the helmet>

[Hmmmm, this is going to be tough, Nightrunner ? Nah to weird. Ugh I hate coming up with names hmmm. Zero? Nah too cliche. Benjamin? Nah too normal. Ill just go with Lenous. Don't see a reason as to why it shouldn't be mythical.

Woahhhhhhh! This looks just like the real world with a hint of video gameness. I wonder where the-
-unknown female voice in my head
[Hello companion!]
[Wahhhh!! Who are you?! Where are you?!]
[Calm down master, I am your inner entity]
[As in something that is inside me? What do you do?]
[ Well first off, I will be aiding you in completing quests and guiding you throughout this world.]
[That's awesome! But what's your name?]
[My name is Enza. It is nice to meet you.]
I hear a girlish giggle in my head.
[I'm Lenous and it is my pleasure to meet you.]
[Your first quest is to buy a weapons at the store, I have laid down a path that only you can see towards your objective.]
[Wait, what about classes like swordsman, bowman, and things like that?]
I ask this while following Enza's directions.
[This game doesn't have normal "classes" as you generally would think, the rule is here, if you practice hard enough with a certain weapon you will eventually learn it and master it. The system will automatically give you abilities for the weapon as you progress through its completion.]
[Woah! That is different, I can't wait to try a variety of weapons.]
I arrive at the store and enter through the main doors when all of a sudden 5 hooded figures appeared on my hud.

That was chapter one, I hope you like it! I have a few things planned for this series and I want my readers to be apart of the adventure. Sooo that means that I want you guys and gals to make a character and post it in the comments and I may use him or her in the story later on. Try to be as specific as possible as to what weapons they prefer, personality, role as in good or bad neutral, are they going to be a companion or a one time thing?
