The alarms went on while you were in the training room, forced to practise with your powers.
Your powers weren't particular something you hated, you had grown quite fond of them actually, you couldn't imagine a life without them anymore, but you hated hydra for forcing you to hurt innocent people with them. There were two options for you, hurt innocent people with your powers and still have somehow control about them and your memories or you could hurt innocent people with your mind foggy and not clear. People had told you about the Winter Soldier, who did not have any control over his mind, and you could do great without a complet brainwashed brain.
You had met him a few times, for missions in the past, and all he did was sitting on his spot and starring in the air.
As soon as the alarm went on you knew what you had to do. But the problem was, the chains on your hands to have control over your powers. They were made out of iron, heavy and the little spikes that irrupted into your skin made sure that you knew who was in control in this situation.
The hydra agent that was with you the whole time quickly grabbed your arm and dragged you with him, trough the old and dirty rooms of the hydra base you were stationated in.
He finally let you go when you two arrived in the "command room" where you could also see Rumlow, a hydra agent you dispisted. And the thing was, Pierce couldn't be that far away when Rumlow was here.
oh, how much you hated Pierce.
"Y/n!", you heard someone wishper and when you turned to the left to see who called you you could only see pietros blonde hair in the dark.
You quickly walked over to your siblings to put yourself behind them so you could look at the room between their shoulders.
"What the hell is going on?"
Wanda answered in her thick accent:"We don't know, Pietro and I were brought here when the alarm went on, but someone talked about the base getting attaced."
Pietro only nodded, showing that he didn't know more than his sister.
A idea came up to your mind.
"And what about we find out by ourselfs?"
Pietro didn't seem that fond of the idea but he couldn't stop Wanda to get into the mind of a hydra agent who was sitting on a desk just about five meters away from us.
Her red magic hit him on his sleeve and it only took her a few seconds to find the information she was looking for.
"The Avengers, they're here."
The thing was Pietro and Wanda had a dark past with Tony Stark or as others knew him now, Iron Man.
Stark had selled guns and weapons before he got a Superhero and exactly one of his bombs had destroied the home of the twins and killed many people, including their parents.
Your mother had selled you to the Red Room when you were five, scared of your powers that you had apparently gotten from your father, but he had left your mother before he had known about you.
This was something that had you thinking a lot in the past.
What if your father had known of you?
Would things be different?
Would you have a real home with your own bed and go to school like normal kids would do it at your age?
Or would he still leave you with your mother? There were a lot of what if's, and nobody could give you an answer to them. It was annoying.
But maybe, maybe you were even a bit greatful. Because there was still a chance that he would have left you with your mother, and you were sure that you couldn't handle this fact after all these years, dreaming of your father and falling in love with the imagination in your head.
"What are we going to do now?", Pietro asked us.
"We could try to escape."
"We could fight against them."Wanda and you were mostly on the same side in every aspect of your lifes. Well, mostly every one. The Avengers were a expection.
Wanda hated them, you were neutral.
"Nono Wanda, listen to me, this is our chance to get out of this living hell, don't you understand? This isn't time for revenge!"
Pietro still stayed quiet, watching your and Wandas conversation.
You could see in Wandas eyes how much she'd like to fight the person that made her life so bad but when hestiated when she saw your face.
You were her little sister, and she had always tried to protect you from hydra, something that never seemed to work out, but she made a decision when she saw the hope for freedom in your eyes.
"Fine, but you owe me."
"Yes."The three of you talked in your corner, about a plan to escape and when rumlow looked for you there was just a emty space, no hints that you were even there.
Pietro had brought all of you to the outside, thanks to the Avengers the protection wall, that had also stopped you from going outside, gone.
As soon as you were outside all of you startes to run, to bring the biggest gape between you and the base.
But then there was suddendly an angel in your way.
Not a real angel, but when you looked at the long, blonde hair and the clothes from a far distance you would have thought so too.
But the angel was holding a big hammer and he didn't look as friendly as a angel would when he looked at the three of you.
Oh wait.
He looked at only you.
Because there wasn't a Pietro or a Wanda next to you.
This bitches had left you alone.
In the forest.
With an angel.
This could only go wrong.
There was literally no way that you would survive this day.The angel wheeled his hammer and threw it into your direction. You could barely lurge out of the way when it came for you again, knocking you out of you feet and into unconssious.
Well, this was definitly a way to die.
