hey so this is my first story I have ever written and I'm really nervous how it's going to turn out. I mean who knows no one could be reading this right now and I can just be writing a random story. PART ONE

(y/n) POV
It was a nice rainy spring day of April in New York. I was walking back to my small studio apartment after finishing my last class of the day. I have two hours until my shift at my job as an architects assistant starts. My dream is to become an architect and I'm excited that I only have a couple months left of school. After a while I get ready and put on something because I kind of have a crush on my boss which is so bad. I put on nice white blouse that shows off a little chest and some black pants with heels that scream sexy but professional at the same time.

I finally left my apartment after debating for so long what to wear to impress Gillian(aka her boss). As the elevator doors were opening I see everyone going crazy in the building and I stop one of the receptionists who were running around and they said that Gillian has a special client and she wants everything perfect. Then I heard Gillian call my name...

Gillian: "(y/n)!! Please come into my office right now" Gillian screams
(Y/N): " Yes Gillian" I try to answer in a sexy seducing voice but it comes out awkward like I was trying to hard.
Gillian: "hey (y/n) our special client will be arriving in 30 minutes please be ready and don't make a fool of yourself, I know that the minute you see them you'll blank out. I know I would" she says with a smirk on her face.
(Y/N): gotcha boss!!
*I wonder who this special client could be and why I would I make a fool of myself* *also why the fuck did I just say gotcha boss*

30 minutes later...

*Ding* I hear the elevator doors open and I see two people who look like assistants and then behind a woman who looks to have blond hair.
HOLY SHIT ITS CATE BLANCHETT!!!!

Gillian: "act normal" she says looking down at y/n with a firm face
*cate enters the room where Gillian and y/n are waiting for her*
Cate: "Hello Gillian, hope all is well, I haven't seen you since well you know anddd who is this lovely lady next to you" she says looking y/n up and down

Y/N: "Y/N Y/L/N nice to meet you" you say with a nice flirtatious voice

*Gillian notices and gets a bit jealous because she can sense the tension but doesn't know if its between her and Cate or y/n*

Gillian: "anyways, Cate what is this big project that you wanted to talk about that was so important you had to come in person and asked personally for my assistant to be here too".

Cate: "well...I will be buying a piece of lot in Italy and was wondering if you could help me build from designing it to decorating it. I know you are just an architect and not an interior designer but I did my research and I saw that y/n is both and was wondering if you could lend me her for a while for this project"? *Cate turns her head looking with wide eyes to y/n kind of like begging her to accept her offer*

Gillian: "y/n is still a college student and I'm sure she wouldn't wan-"

*Gillian was interrupted by y/n*

Y/N: "I would love to help you with your project and I finish college in a couple months so if you don't mind waiting for I would be honored to help the great Cate Blanchett!"

Cate: "I don't mind waiting even if I have to wait forever anything to get you since you are so incredible." Cate is smiling and her blue eyes sparkle with how excited she is that y/n accepted the offer

Gillian: "well I guess she's all yours"

I was kind of hurt that Gillian just threw me away like I was nothing of help these past few years and she didn't even fight for me to stay but I guess that's fine because I'm going to be in Italy with Cate in a couple months helping with her big project of course nothing else.

2 Hours Later...

After Cate had asked y/n for her help she and Gillian went to the other conference room to talk and it seemed like they were arguing about something but y/n just ignored it.

Y/N: "Bye Ladies I'm taking off early, see you tomorrow Gillian!" She screams her goodbye but a voice screams her name and she sees a tall beautiful blonde running her way*

*Gillian waves goodbye*

Cate: "y/n!! wait why are you leaving so early, we haven't even celebrated"

Y/N: "well I have to go back home and I didn't think you wanted to do anything"

Cate looks down at the floor with a sad face then she picks her head up and says

Cate: "great lets have dinner at your house so we can get to know each other more" she says with a smirk 😏

Y/N: "great lets go, I'll cook my famous pasta"

Cate and Y/N leave together and walk to her apartment...

Oh my gosh it's literally taken me like 2 days to write this chapter. I hope you guys enjoyed I will be writing the second part right after I publish this because I have so many ideas on how I want this story to go.
