The Bakugo's took care of all the paperwork on the adoption and the belongings of the Takahashi family were thrown away as they were not alive many more. Izuku had been getting used to having to live with the number one hero. No one knew about his adoption but class 1A and his new parents. He calls them by their first name, as he still wasn't comfortable with calling them 'mother' and 'father'.
Izuku was also pulled out of school as he studied at a faster pace than other students. He could be at university level, and he could exceed, though he didn't want to go to school. When he didn't feel like he wanted to study, he brought out his notebooks and trained himself.
Bakugo was always out late, though he did try and get home quick to look after the kid. He knew that Izuku wouldn't cause that much trouble, but he didn't want to leave him all alone. It was the normal retinue for the kid to make him all the meals while he got the money to keep them alive. Soon after, two months had pass since Izuku started to live with him.
"Katsuki." Izuku called out as packed two boxes filled with food. One for breakfast and one lunch. "You're going to be late, so just grab your food and get going."
Bakugo came walking through the hallway with a yawn and grabbed his food. "I'm leaving. Don't fucking forget to clean the house today."
Izuku nodded with a smile. "Yeah, just go."
Bakugo strolled to the door and walked out with the door closing behind him. Izuku sighed as he went out of the kitchen and got out all the books he had borrowed from the library. He walked back to his bedroom and started to study.
After about 2 hours, Izuku looked at the clock and thought it would be a good time for him to take a break and train. Smiling, he rushed to grab his notebooks and change into his training clothes. He went out to the back yard and did some stretches before starting his training. He copied the pro-hero Mindset's fighting style which he thought was good, since they both didn't have a quirk for fighting, though he didn't have a quirk at all.
After about 2 hours of training, he took a break with having a shower. Izuku looked at the time, seeing that it was almost noon. He sighed and looked around the house.
"I better start cleaning." Izuku whispered to himself as he grabbed the cleaning tools.
Izuku cleaned around the house as he hummed to a tune. It didn't take that long and Izuku ate the lunch he had made earlier that day. It was a normal day for him. He didn't really care about going outside. He never got something good of it anyway.
When lunch was finished, the kid cleaned after himself and headed back to his room. There were computers there, as he was planning to be a hero, he needed to know what was happening in the world. The freckled male thought it would be good for him to learn how to hack and get better at it. He thought he would be able to help others better now then later. He would just have to past the information he had to Bakugo and his peers then everything can be under their control.
The 8-year-old locked himself in his room for the rest of the day, until he looked at the time and realize it was time to cook dinner. Once Bakugo got home, he was smelling the air as he walked to the dining room. There was food on the table and Izuku there still bring out some more.
"Welcome home." Izuku said with a smile.
Bakugo smirked back and nodded. He walked up at the table and sat down, with Izuku following his action. "Thanks for the food."
Both of them dug in and ate the food. There was a conversation during the dinner as Izuku wanted information.
"What happened today?"
"The normal." Bakugo answered after he swallowed the food. "Fucking villains decided to rob a shitty bank and hold hostages. No one was hurt."
Izuku nodded. "Was there something important that happened today though? Like the attack on the lab that was researching how to boost a quirk?"
Bakugo paused and looked at the kid in a somewhat glare. "How do you fucking know that?"
Izuku didn't even look up as he replied, "I did some hacking. I thought it would be interesting and could help heroes that I want to save others. Since I can't be a vigilante and go out to save people, help heroes and they will do the saving."
"Hacking? You know that's fucking illegal, right?"
"Yep, but it's for the greater good. I'm pretty sure Hikari did it as well to get information on his target, no?"
Bakugo sighed. "Whatever, just don't get fucking caught and don't go into fucking important documents."
"No promises." Izuku stated as they both continued to eat their food. "So, you going to tell me about the attack, or do I have to hack into the heroes and police data base?"
Bakugo groaned as he rolled his eyes. "Fine. The lab was attacked by a group called 'Survivors'. We don't know who is in the group, since the footage was deleted, but we're plan on catching them."
"How did they enter the lab? Isn't it guarded since it did have serious information on how to boost a quirk?" Izuku questioned.
"What is this? A fucking interrogation?"
Izuku replied, "Yes, now please answer the question."
"I don't have to tell you shit"
"Well then, I will get my information by hacking."
"Do the fuck you want."
"Thank you." Izuku stood up from his seat and placed his dishes in the sink. Bowing to his elder brother, he headed back to his room and set up his computer.
Izuku stared at the screen as he started his work. Pressing the keys with his fingers and codes appearing. Once getting through all the walls protecting the data, Izuku scanned through the document.
He mumbled as he read the document. "Attacked from the inside with a blow of an explosion. No one was in the building at the time, meaning that they were in a disguise of a scientist and got in with a card before blowing up the lab and stealing the information. Removed the cameras making sure that they weren't caught on video. Smart move."
Izuku continued to ramble and Bakugo opened the door slightly. He heard the nerd's ramble and sighed. There was too much that were the same, which sometimes made him uncomfortable, but he held it together. Closing the door, Bakugo left, as he had work the next day.
Izuku continued to look through the information and thought about an article he had read before. 10 years ago, class 1A had been attacked at their summer camp by the LOV. They had been defeated by the vigilante Hikari. They also had a quirk boost by it wasn't strong enough to kill anyone.
It stirred questions in the mind of the green haired boy. Was the LOV always included in this? Are they trying to get revenge for their boss, All for One? Who was going to be their first target? Where would they be? Why show up now, not years later for before?
There were so many questions, and it was getting late. The kid had to figure it out later. Downloading the file and retracting his steps to make sure that he wasn't going to get caught. Once all that was done, Izuku shut down his computer and collapsed on his bed.
He turned his body to face the ceiling and stared at it. Questions repeated themselves in his head, but he shut them all down as he was tired. Getting into bed and let the darkness take over him, he had one thought left before he was in a deep sleep.
'It's a case that needs to be solve. To save people without them dying.'
