I smiled at the way it sounded.
"Red Police Box," I said.
The memories came crashing down.
I was standing in the Academy and Theta was standing in front of me. Theta being my older brother, the Doctor. I had been caught trying to sneak up on the Master.
"It was just a joke," Theta was saying.
"I don't care," the Master said, "I will do as I wish."
He went to push Theta. Next thing I knew I was holding a stick made of air up to his neck.
"Her eyes are red," Theta said, "You might want to run cause that means she's angry."
Theta knew that I was trying to protect him but I let the Master go.
I came back to reality.
"It's ok, Rebel. You aren't there anymore," I heard Ashley say, "Come back."
The Doctor looked worried and Amy shocked. I had no idea what I had done.
"The memories," he said, "They will do that sometimes."
Then I realized that they had seen it too. I fell into a deep sleep.
I was hauled in front of the High Priestess and she said, "Who has come to me this time?"
"We found her at the Academy, your Highness. She can do what no other can," the guard said.
I didn't know what he was talking about. But apparently the High Priestess did. "My sister reborn as a common child. Well, well, you did always have a taste for the wild side, Sister. What are you called this time?"
"I am called Rebel," I spat, "And don't call me your sister."
The Priestess looked at me with purple eyes, "But you were once," she sighed. "The Academy will do with her what they want, she will not fight until she is ready though."
The guards took me back to the Academy, back to Theta.
I woke up wondering where I was. The Doctor was looking at me. Had he seen what I had? His eyes told me he had. I got up and walked to Ashley. It was night so I moved her to a bedroom in the TARDIS.
"That is why I will not fight," I told Ashley's sleeping figure.
Amy was still awake, "Why?"
"The human version of me couldn't bear what was on her shoulders," I said, "I can't tell anymore without thinking of the way some humans are so cruel to each other, even when the other has not said or done anything."
She hugged me to let me know it was ok. When I got back into the TARDIS I decided to take Ashley home. When I got her home I put her to bed and left.
I walked the streets for hours and thought of what I could do. Then another person bumped into me.
Theta was sitting up watching me. I was not allowed to fight - not that I wanted to - and I was not allowed to be near anyone. It was maddening. I looked into the mirror and saw a young girl with long blond hair and sad brown eyes. I had a hat on. Always with the hats. I didn't know what to do. Theta was looking at me. I forced myself to calm before I hurt could him.
Back to reality.
Kaitlyn was looking at me, "Quit messing with me, Bekah."
"Sorry do I know you?"
She looked worried, "It's me Kaitlyn. Your SuperWhoLock buddy."
I smiled, "Hi, Kaitlyn. How long?"
"It's been about five years. I was wondering when you would show up again. What was that image?"
"Something," I said distractedly.
I left and she followed. I opened the TARDIS doors and she shut them behind me. I flipped a switch and then heard her gasp.
"Curious humans," I said, "Do you like my hat?"
"Where did you get this?" Kaitlyn said looking around.
I put my fingers to her head and showed her all that had happened in the last 20 hours. She was stunned, "You are? How? Why?"
"All my life," I said in response to all her words.
I opened the door and saw another different version of my brother. Kaitlyn was being very quiet.
"Hello," I said to him.
"Rebel?" He shot me a questioning look, "Is it really you?"
"How long? How many?" Kaitlyn asked.
"Just after the Time War," he said, "Who are you?"
"I am her companion," Kaitlyn said.
She was so calm after all that had happened. I did not have a clue what was going through her head. I just hoped that she didn't flip out. I could feel the memory coming on.
I was back. The High Priestess had requested my presence.
"Hello, Rebel," she said.
My eyes flashed red. That was happening more and more often. I did not know what she wanted.
"It's nearing your 200th birthday is it not?"
I just nodded. She looked distracted, "Your brother will have to stay with you no doubt..."
When she stopped I was sent back to Theta.
He looked determined. I did not know what about but I hoped it was my escape.
The Doctor and Kaitlyn looked at me.
"You're still remembering things?" He asked.
I nodded, "I am annoyed with the flashes and did not want to travel alone. I looked for friends in the one place I knew I would find them."
Kaitlyn was being very quiet, "Do you need someone to talk to like in the old days?"
I nodded not sure if that was why she took this as a matter of course. I sat in my TARDIS, so did she and the Doctor.
"I have been thinking about this for a long time," Kaitlyn said, "I will stay with you for as long as possible and keep you safe."
The Doctor laughed, "YOU keep her safe? It is more likely that she would kill to keep YOU safe."
They both noticed my red eyes.
"I'm fine," I mumbled, "I know how to control it now. Sorta."
Kaitlyn got up and moved to be next to me. She looked me in the eyes and I could feel my eyes change back to their natural color.
I smiled, "You were always one of the ones to pick me up when I was down. Now are you going to anwser me about my hat?"
"I love that hat," they said in unison.
"It was yours," I said to Theta, "Do you remember?"
He nodded and looked sad. Kaitlyn and I got up and hugged him. When we sat down I was not surprised to see him leave. It was a sudden thought and was gone as soon as it came. The thought of being alone was a sad one.
"Don't look so sad," he said, "I think we will meet again soon."
With that he left. I looked at Kaitlyn.
"How long have you known?"
"Since I met you."
"How did you know and why didn't you tell me?"
"The look in your eyes and the knowledge in your voice. I didn't tell you because I was still remembering things too, and it wasn't time."
I got up and walked to the console. I looked for Ari in the area. I found her. "Come on," I said, "We are going for a walk."
Kaitlyn looked at the screen and knew that we were going to get Ari and Ashley. When I found Ari she was with Sebastian.
"Bekah," they both said, "How are you?"
I just motioned for them to follow me. The sun was up and Ashley was waiting in the TARDIS. I was prepared for this last memory.
It was a day before my 200th birthday and the Doctor's TARDIS came. I was happy but I knew what would happen. I prepared for the Chameleon Arch. I saw my angel waiting for me as I walked in. She would be there if I was ever in danger. Her name was Kaitlyn. I would miss knowing her.
"Are you ready to go?" the Doctor asked.
I hugged Kaitlyn and nodded.
Four faces stared at me with wonder in them. Ari and Bash didn't ask questions. I went to the console and flipped a switch.
