Today is rest day, Sunday. I don’t have plans for today so I’ll just lie on my bed watch all the seasons of Smallville if I can and probably eat. I don’t know why but I feel so chilled about school tomorrow, maybe because I have friends to be with and not be a loner like other new students. Thinking so much makes my head so heavy, and then someone knocked on my door.
“YES? Come in!” I said sitting up
“Hey there” Ivy peaked in “I thought you were still sleeping, anyway, lunch is ready” she said making her glowing blonde hair fall from her shoulders. She’s really beautiful. I sighed.
“I’ll be there in a bit” I said walking towards my bathroom to wash my face then I wore my favorite slippers with a poufy face of a bunny. I went downstairs to see my friend, Paula. “What are you doing here?” I asked then suddenly a guy came into our house.
“Hey, Harry I thought you’d be here, I was just ki-“ Tom said, mesmerized by Paula’s beauty, by the way Tom, was Harry’s bestest friend.
“Hi!” Paula said offering her hand, to shake it. Tom was frozen and just keeps on staring at her. Harry on the other hand finally saw what was happening and he got Tom and kind of dragged themselves out of the house.
“Right, What was that? Oh yeah, I’m suppose to go to the mall to buy some stuff, I just came by if you want to come, perhaps?” She said
“I’m sorry but I have plans for today” I excused, my sister looked at me with a kind of shocked face cause she knows I never do anything when it’s rest day, she always know when I’m lying, sigh.
“I-I have to watch the last season and last episode of Smallville, the heart racing part when he becomes SUPERMAN!”
“Okay, You have to please? I don’t have anyone with me” she begged I was about to say ‘fine’ but she continued
“Okay, so I’m gonna go by myself then” she said “watching people overwhelmed with their –“
“Paula STOP! Okay? I’ll come with you” I blurted
“Done! Yay! Dress up!” she said as I ran to my bedroom and changed my clothing.
We got to the mall and quickly remembered that I forgot to eat lunch and now my stomach’s makes a whaling sound, that kind of sound when the whale in your stomach became a great dancer.
“I think we should eat” I don’t know if she overheard my whale or she’s just that good of a mind reader.
We went to McDonalds and I let Paula order for me as I find a place for us to sit. I took a look around the restaurant and I saw my brother, Harry with Tom and two guys, I don’t know who they are because all I can see was their backbone and hair . I went to him just to let him know we’re here.
“Harry, hey, good to see you here” I said, as he stood up
“Yeah you too, uhm, anyone with you” he asked
“Yeah, uhm, Paula’s with me, she’s over there at the counter” as I said that I saw Tom looked her way, then I felt chills for them.
One of Harry’s friends coughed signaling Harry’s attention, I looked at the guy and- Oh My,my eyes widened when I saw him. Gosh, it was Josh Greene. What should I do?
“Right” Harry started “This is my sister” Harry said holding my shoulders. “Tricia, Tricia they’re my friends” he said as one guy offered his hand.
“I’m Seth” he said as I met his blue eyes and brunette hair.
“Hello” I said shaking hands with him
“I’m Josh” he said, I cannot believe my brother befriended him, with his unidentified spiky brunette hair and ocean blue eyes, almost like Seth, but he's spikey.
“Hi” I said as he winked at me, he freaking winked at me, and it gave me chills. I just hate chills.
“Tricia!” Oh Gosh Paula said carrying the tray of food, and I haven’t found us a seat. “Where in this place will we sit?” She said and glared at Tom. When Tom saw her, he quickly scooted leaving a space for her.
“You can sit here” Tom said and Paula went red and smiled at him.
“Thank You” she said walking towards him
“That’s right, I thought this day would just be you and me? I’ll just sit on the floor then?” I said to her
“Don’t be such a baby, Tricia” she said
“Sit with” she said looking at the people beside her. “Why don’t you just sit with Josh?” she said
“How in the world did you know him?” I asked
“Have I been living under a rock? He’s the captain of the football team, who doesn’t know him” she said
“Thanks” Josh said
“I don’t” I said
“Ouch!” Josh said
“Ugh, Enough guys, Tricia, could you please take a seat now?” Harry said making me sit down beside Josh. God, I’m going to regret this. In fact I already did.
