A Shoulder To Lean On

He sat down and I served the food nervously because I didn't know how to start a conversation with him.

"Jin, how's the food?" I asked. He just nodded as in yes and continued to eat. He was almost finished and before he got up I asked "Jin, can I talk to you?" "Ok" he said and I took a deep breath.

"You see, now a days.. I feel very stressed and I'm fe-" but i got cut when his phone rang. He didn't even excuse himself or told me to wait.

He just got up and quickly answered the call, walking away like what I'm trying to say is none of his business. I got a little pissed but I'll let it slide because the call might be important.

Jin came back to the table and I smiled but he just look the glass of water, gulped it and started walking towards the room.

"Ah.. Jin? I was about to talk to you.." I Said and he asked "is it important? I'm really tried, let's talk tomorrow" but I said "it's kinda important... It will just take few minutes!".

"Ah,What is it?" He asked In an annoyed tone. I decided to ignore it and spoke "As I was saying..I feel very stressed-" but he cut me off by saying "and why are you stressed?"

I told "I don't know... Mabey I'm.. bored? Something is troub-" but again I was cut off when he said "If you're bored, then go and talk to your friends or something, I really have no time to waste" he said in a low voice.

I felt hurt. I tried to tell him my problem but I didn't know that he considered my words as a waste of time. My eyes were tearing up but I didn't want to seem weak infront of him.

I just fake smiled "ah, you must be busy.. it's okay! Carry on with your work, let's talk later!" I said in a cheerful way even though I felt broke on the inside and walked up to the terrace after he went inside the room to continue his work.

There is a wooden bench in the terrace corner and I was sitting there trying not to cry.My emotions were completely mixed up and I felt like screaming out loud.

My lips started to quiver "I- I've always listened to others and tried my level best to comfort them... Why don't I get anything I return? I didn't ask for anything big.. I just wanted someone to understand me and sit next to me when I feel low... I just wanted a f-" suddenly I got cut of by a deep and unfamiliar voice which said "A friend?" as if he read my mind.

I turned towards that voice and saw a lean and talk man with brown hair and kind eyes. "Yes.." I said and smiled. "May I?" He asked my permission to sit next to me and I agreed.

He sat down and awed at the stars in the sky "You know what the stars reminds me of?"  He asked "Friendship" we both said in sync and looked at eachother with wide eyes.

He showed his adorable boxy smile which made me smile aswell. "Hey, do you wanna be my Star?" He asked.

I smiled and said "sure, but only after you introduce yourself!". "I'm Kim Taehyung! You can call me Tae!" He said making me scrunch my eyebrows "Ta-  Taehyung? Why does this name seem oddly familiar?" I asked myself and suddenly....
