CHAPTER 24

Nakanguso akong kumakain ng lunch ngayon kasama si France. Pinuntahan niya ako sa campus kanina at niyayang kumain ng lunch sa labas.

It's been two days and Ranzell is still not talking to me. He is not even showing his face to me. He would only text me to tell me to eat my lunch and that's it.

I can't even explain to him my side. Besides, I don't even think we should be fighting over it. This is so annoying already.

“What's with that face?” France asked.

I put down the utensils and looked at her.

“He is still not talking to me. He won't even reply to my text messages.”

He looked at me flatly.
“Kung si Ranzell ba may ihahatid na lasing na babae sa bahay nila, anong mafefeel mo?”

“Don't he dare..”

“Don't you dare din...” she said.

I glared at her.
“It was your fault. You are the one who invited me in that fucking party. Then you left me alone when you saw David.”

Saglit siyang natigilan.
“Kakausapin ka rin noon. Maghintay ka lang. Excited?” she said.

I rolled my eyes at her.

“Kumain ka na nga lang. Ginagalaw mo nga yang pagkain mo hindi mo naman kinakain.” she said.

I pouted my lips.
“I don't have any appetite...” I said then push my plate away.

Pinandilatan niya ako atsaka itinulak ang plato pabalik sa gawi ko.

“Kaya ka pumapayat...kumain ka” she said.

I sigh. Nakanguso kong kinuha ang kutsara atsaka kumain.

“Bilis na...hinihintay na ako ng bebe ko” she said making me roll my eyes.

Nakanguso kong tiningnan ang cellphone ko. I checked my messages to him but there are still no reply from him.

If he won't show his face to me, I will just go into their house after the class. We need to fix this up. Tommorow is already our third year together.

After the class I decided to just went into their house. Wala pa rin siyang reply sa mga text ko kanina. Nakakainis na talaga.

I am walking in the hallways, going out of the campus. I stop on my tracks when someone called me from behind. I looked back then saw Jameson running towards me. I turn to him and give him a small smile.

He is one of the reason why Ranzell and I are not okay. But I don't wanna be rude.

“Hi....something wrong?” I asked.

He stop in front of me. He shook his head then smile.

“Prof told me to give you this...” he said then handed me the portfolio.

“Oh...” I said then took it from his hands.
“Thank you” I said then smile.

He nod his head then smile.
“Uuwi ka na?” he asked.

I bit my lip then slowly nod my head. I don't know how we both end up walking together going out of the campus.

Nang nasa tapat na kami ng gate ng campus ay tumigil siya kaya tumigil rin ako.

“Susunduin ka ba ng..boyfriend mo?” he asked the slightly scratch the back of his neck.

Saglit akong natigilan. I don't know what to say.
“Uh...he-”

“May Ann!”

My lips slightly parted as my eyes widen a bit when I heard that voice. Agad akong lumingon sa may likuran ko. There, I saw Ranzell standing in the one corner holding the strap of his bag.
