Finally Niall and Valerie came back to London.
They were changed and getting unpacked.
"Niall"
"Yes love?"
"Have you thought about it?" She asked.
"You really want to go?" He sighed.
"Please" she said.
"When will it start?"
"Next week"
"I'll let you know by then."
She nodded and went back to unpacking.

Valerie saw the bracelet at the end of her suitcase. She wrapped it in her clothes and put it in her drawer.

Schools will be open in two days and Niall still didn't give Valerie an answer.
She was looking at the calendar with a sad expression.
Niall noticed once he entered the room.
He sighed and walked toward her.
He wrapped his arms around her and placed his chin on her shoulder.
She didn't show any reaction.
"You really want to go that bad?" He whisper-asked.
"yes" she whispered.
He sighed again.
"Fine you can go" he said.
A smile sat on her face.
"But I will drop you off and pick you up every day. You can't talk to him or sit next to him." He said sternly.
"okay" she said quietly.

"I'll pick you up here"
"Okay. Bye" she exited the car.
"Bye love" he smiled.
She closed the door and went inside.
Everyone was afraid of her because she was wearing the circle bracelet.

"Valerie!" Raya called.
Valerie faced her.
They both felt the same. Being stuck in a life they didn't want to.
They glanced at each other's bracelets.
Circle.
Their eyes became glossy and they ran into each other's arms.
"I missed you" Valerie said.
"Me too."
They cried in the hug.
"It's hard" Raya said.
"It is" Valerie replied.
They finally let go of the hug.

"Valerie?" A soft voice called causing pain in Valerie's chest. The same old lump was once again placed in her throat.
She turned around slowly and faced him.
"Hi" she said with teary eyes.
"Hi" he said with a broken smile.
"Welcome back" he said.
"Thank you"
They stared at each other's eyes.

The bell rang.
"It was nice seeing you again" He said and walked away.
"You okay?" Raya asked.
"No. I thought maybe I've moved on a tiny bit but I haven't. It hurts. It hurts in here" she placed her hand on her chest as her tears dropped.
"It hurts so much and I can't explain the pain. It fucking hurts!" She cried falling down on her knees.
Raya hugged her.
That was Valerie's first mental breakdown after everything. Seeing Jacob was her breaking point.

During class Valerie couldn't focus at all. Her eyes were set on Jacob the whole time.
She wanted to sit next to him so bad. She wanted to hug him. Kiss him. She coming back to school was a bad idea because every feeling is back.
Just like the first day she felt broken.

What broke her most was that Jacob was smiling at the girl sitting next to him. The whole class they were passing notes just like how he used to do it with Valerie. And now she was replaced.

She was not mad at him.
She was indeed happy for him.
But she also felt more broken. Knowing everything has officially ended between them.
Knowing that she really have to adapt to the life she has with Niall.

The bell to the final class of the day rang.
"I'm glad you're back" Raya said causing Valerie to remove her eyes from him and come back to reality.
"Yeah" she fake smiled.
"Well I should go. See you tomorrow." Raya said.
"See you"

Everyone left.
Except for two.
Romeo and Juliet.
They began packing with two desks in between them.
"What's her name?" She asked without any eye contact. She kept putting her books in her bag.
"Ha?" He asked.
"I've never seen her before. Is she new to our school?"
"No. She's always been here, I guess you never noticed her before." He answered.
She nodded.

"Looks like you've noticed her though."
"Are you jealous?"
"What? No. Why should I?"
"Sounds like you're jealous."
"I am not"
"Then why were you staring at us the entire class?"
"I wasn't" she zipped her bag.
"You were" he zipped his bag.
"Whatever" she muttered.
"Valerie do you expect me to wait for you?"
"No"
"Then why are you mad?"
"I'm not mad"
"You are"
"I'm Not Okay?! It's just .. I hate it that we are separated. I hate it that we should be with another person! I am not mad at you. I'm mad at-" she was cut off by Jacob's lips.

After a minute she gained all her senses back and pushed Jacob.
"What are you doing?!" She asked.
"I missed you" he said.
"That doesn't mean we can kiss"
"Val you don't understand. It's killing me. It's killing me that you're married to someone who's not me. It fucking hurts Do you understand?"
"It hurts me too but we can't do anything about it"
"Yes we can. Just listen to me once and let's escape" he said.
She shook her head negatively.
"Valerie"
"No. I've seen him. I've seen his family. They kill people like it's the easiest job in the world."
"For God's Sake Valerie!" He shouted causing her to jump back.

"Just stop thinking about my life for one second" he said.
"I can't. Have you thought about your family? Your sister?!"
"Fuck! Fuck! WHY? WHY DO YOU CARE AND THINK ABOUT EVERY SINGLE PERSON EXCEPT YOURSELF?!" He yelled.
She said nothing.

"You are broken. Everyone can see the pain in your eyes. Stop thinking about everyone else and think about yourself for once. Fucking run away for your own sake!"
"I can't"
"Why the fuck not?!"
"BECAUSE I'M PREGNANT!" She yelled as a tear rolled down.
