Journey to the Hidden World

Chapter 2

Zyron's Pov

After that, I have been hanging out with Seph and Mari. They're the one of the few people I can tolerate, and they can also tolerate my sarcastic and cold remarks.

Anyways, we arrived at our classroom and Seph was immediately bombarded with a hoarde of girls. Mari and I swiftly sat to our seats beside the window.

Seph managed to escape the hoard of girls and sat in his seat, meanwhile I glared at the girls to leave him alone and they eventually ran back to their classrooms while some of them went back to their seats.

"Thanks man!" Seph grinned.

I looked at him blankly as Mari giggled. They chatted while I remained quiet and staring at the window as the wind flew by it. After a couple of minutes, the teacher had arrived and started the lesson.

Time skip! (Brought to you by Zyron killing Seph for 'accidentally' spilling soda on him while Mari is laughing her ass off.)  

"Finally! Lunch~" Seph sighed in delight.

Mari giggled, "Come on! If you are oh-so-hungry, then hurry up!" 

Seph was taking his sweet time arranging his bag, he has this habit to check his belongings after class because he has this weird tendency to lose things when he was little. But he barely even lost things now that he has matured.....a bit.
We head to a café outside of school, since it's always crowded. And since my uncle was the owner of the school, we were free to go outside for lunch only. He knows me and Mari are responsible enough to knock out Seph whenever he wants to skip classes or run off to who knows where, so he could trust us to only eat at the café during lunch and hold back Seph if he ever runs off again.

We sat down and ordered our usual meals, and we had a loyalty card since we always eat here. So we got a good discount, despite being down-to-earth rich brats. 

"You guys heard about the Seven Mysteries of Dragnious High?" Seph started.

Dragnious High is the name of our school, don't know why, but it always gives me Dragon vibes just from hearing it. Uncle said that it was his grandmother's maiden name before she married his grandfather, so he used it in his honor and even changed his last name to Dragnious.
The Dragnious and Damon names aren't really that far from each other if you ask me, and the whole family thought it was more than okay. Since it was to preserve my great-grandma's name, plus her blood is running through our veins so we had our right. (I don't know if it's allowed, so don't come at me if it's illegal or something. It's for the plot. ^^)

"What about it?" I asked as I took a sip from my drink.

"They said the the 1st Mystery was actually someone from the Dragnious family." Seph began. "He was actually a student here at Dragnious High, but then some rumor said that some students saw him drinking a man's blood and that he made them all pass out and was teleported back into their rooms. But the said students said he had piercing red eyes and that caused them to get sleepy and pass out, they even said that those students were never the same. Like a whole entire person!" Seph explained.

"So this guy is a vampire and used some kind of sharingan to make them fall asleep and 'transport' them back into their rooms and somehow hypnotized them into behaving differently?" I said as I leaned back on my chair and crossed my arms.

Seph pouted while Mari chuckled quietly.

"Well, where is he now?" Mari asked.

"The school said he got transferred because of family business, apparently his name was Drake Dragnious." Seph replied.

"Do you know anyone from your family that is named Drake, Zy?" Mari asked.

"Nope, but I did ask Uncle about that, he said that my great-grandma has a sister and he's probably from that branch of the family. He also said that her sister moved out of the house when she was 17 and never came back until 20 years later. She was a single and had 3 children, her partner probably left her or something." I answered.

"Do you know their names?" Seph asked, intrigued. 

I sighed, "The eldest one is Jonathan Dragnious, the second one is Thea Dragnious while the youngest one is named Elana Dragnious. My great-grandma's name is Carina Dragnious."

"Interesting. Shall we add this to our summer to-do-list?" Seph grinned. I rolled my eyes as Mari chuckled.

"Come on! It'll be fun! We get to find out the truth about the Seven Mysteries of Dragnious High!" He excitedly exclaimed.

I frowned.

"I have better things to do then play detective, you moron." I scowled while he pouted again.

"Come on, Zy! It will be fun, plus I'm sure you'll find it interesting because I found a secret door in the library." Mari mischievously grinned.

"Ooh~ Which one? The West Library, The North Library or the South one?" Seph asked.

"The West Library." Mari answered.

"The West Library is the school's biggest library, so I'm not surprised if there was a secret staircase down below." I mumbled.

"I shouldn't have said that." I sulked.

Seph and Mari laughed at me as we head down from the secret door and into this spiral stairs.

"And yet you still came, I knew you loved us!" Seph exclaimed as he cooed at me. I scowled at him while Mari laughed.

"When pigs fly." I grumbled as he playfully pouts as Mari was about to lose her shit and sanity from laughing.

(I legit last minute wrote this at 10 pm to 11 pm, current as I wrote this, because I don't wanna leave you guys hanging and because my brain is active and stupid at night. But I don't have to publish tomorrow so I have time to come up the next chapter and publish it next Friday (I wanna start and stick to a schedule so that I can have a clear mindset about this and don't lose track.), and since I'm too lazy to write this on my phone, so I'm using a laptop right now. It's late so there's probably bad grammar and wrong spellings because my brain isn't functioning correctly right now, if there is mistakes just tell and if you have any suggestions feel free to comment! Zyron groans and huffs.

"Fine. You are wonderful and beautiful. You are a human being with emotions, don't let people tell you otherwise and don't take other people's shit. Learn to stand up for yourself every once in a while. There. I said it, now let me sleep."

Zyron walks out.

Author sighs.

"Goodnight people!" She says as she you see her already in her laptop and is coming up next ideas for future chapters. ^^
