Sometimes in life, we wonder what the world would be without us? How can it manage by itself? I mean....you get what I mean, right?
Right now, Hong Cha Yong had the same thoughts. She did wonder, what would happen to Babel Group and Wusang law firm if she wasn't there? I mean she just won a lawsuit for them against the most veteran lawyer in Korea who happened to be her...father.
But one thing for sure is that she can't wait any longer for her intern who was supposed to bring a file for her. Her sunscreen was wearing out and she needed to reapply it.
'Cha Yong, Cha Yong...there you are! You need to come with me right now!'
It was her boss, Han Seung hyuk, Wusang law firm CEO.
'What happened, sir?' He didn't even congratulate me, that damn person.
'Mr. Jang wants to meet you. Update him on their case...'
'He wants to meet me?! But sir why don't you...'
'Chayoung just do this... and where is that intern of yours? Ask him to bring me a cup of coffee.'
'Sure.'
A young man (with a crooked tie) was standing in front of the court as if his dad was the king of Korea (economically speaking he was). He was surrounded by his staff who looked alert as if their life was in line. He was Jang Han Seok, Babel group CEO. He tried to look arrogant and intimidating but clearly he wasn't.
Hong Cha Yong increased her pace and reached him. She bowed low in front of him and introduced herself. He was younger than her but anyone with money and power had her respect. He barely glanced at her and continued to look bored while someone in his group asked her about the case progress.
Hong Cha Young explained it as briefly as possible. But Jang Han Seok continued to look bored. He suddenly stiffened and fear flashed through his eyes for a second. Wondering what it was, Cha young continued with her explanation only to be interrupted by her intern, who suddenly appeared back of her and sheepishly handed her the file and a....cup of coffee. Damn, this asshole. That coffee was for Mr. Han.
Hoping her impression wasn't spoiled in front of Babels CEO, she ended her monolog and bowed deep again. Mr. Jang and his people moved away towards their fleet of cars. She turned towards her intern who was sipping the coffee without a care in the world.
'Why the hell didn't you bow to him?'
'Should I? He looked younger than me...'
'Ohh really? Didn't I ask you to give coffee to Mr. Han? Why did you interupt me while I was talking with Mr. Jang?'
'Err...I thought you would like your file and coffee. Jeez, chayoung take it lightly.'

That evening, Chayoung downed herself in paperwork. She asked Jang Junwoo, her intern to get her a bowl of salad. This work would atleast take two hours more. Han Seung hyuk, her boss came into her office and started checking her files. Babel group was their biggest client and hence had most of Han Seung hyuk's attention.
Out of blue, he asked,"Chayoung, did you see Jang Han Seo's secretary?"
To which, Chayoung replied in negative.
"Ahh, damn. You need to see her. She is the most beautiful woman I have ever seen."
Hearing this Chayoung was surprised. Han Seung hyuk has high standards when it came to women. Why, his ideal type was not other than the universal goddess, Song Hye Kyo.
"Really,sir?"
"Yeah. Man, I would love to take her on a date sometime"
Chayoung thought to ask him more but stopped at the sight at the door. Her intern, who had a permanent goofy smile on his face, was glaring at Han Seung hyuk, clutching the salad box.
