Sargent Luther mills sat at his desk. There was a knock on his door, come in he said Dr Juanita Anthony walked in she was a tall black woman with greying black hair she always kept in braids. She was wearing a navy blue pants suit and black shoes, Sargent Mills looked up," ah Dr. Anthony please come in  she smiled and entered please call me Juanita, Sargent Mills. He smile and nodded Dr. Anthony took a seat in front of him; So what do we have so far! Luther Mills handed her the files on his desk well as far as anyone knows the murders started in August of 2013.  The first victim was named Richard Grogan he was 25  blond and 145 lbs he was found behind the abandoned church on cypress street. He had been Eviscerated with a sharp knife, Dr. Anthony read over the file it says here the police first thought this was a crime of passion that Richards lover, one Tyler Blaylock had done it is that correct ? Doctor Anthony said briefly looking up from the files and at Sargent Mills.  Mills nodded  that is correct my deputies searched the entire alleyway for the murder weapon and they didn't find one there was also no evidence of  blood either. So we figured he had been killed somewhere else and dumped behind the church! Dr. Anthony nodded," ok Sargent what lead you to believe that the ex boyfriend Mr Blaylock had committed the murder? ," well after we ID the body we talked to one of Mr Grogan's friends a Deanna foster. This made Dr. Anthony look up from the folder," excuse me Sargent  did you say Deanna foster? Sargent Mills nodded yes that's the dead girl from earlier this month. We know she was friends with the original victim, this information looked like it troubled Dr. Anthony but she continued to write. Ok then what happened? " well she told us that Grogan and Blaylock had been having relationship trouble and had broken up. And that Grogan was seeing a new guy named Brady Cordell,  she said after about a month  of them dating  Cordell started wanting to keep Grogan away from his friends. I remember her one time saying she called Richard on his phone and instead of Grogan answering Cordell did! ," so he was possibly controlling Dr. Anthony said. Well not necessarily I answer my wife's phone on occasions said Sargent Mills but that doesn't mean I'm a controlling, possible serial killer! Dr. Anthony nodded yes that's true but if cordell   started keeping Mr Grogan  away from his friends and monitoring his cellphone. Its also possible he might have been physically abusive as well then? Sargent Mills adjusted himself In his chair," yes it's possible although Ms. Foster nor any of Mr Grogans  other friends can deny or confirm a instance of cordell hitting Mr Grogan . When exactly did Mr Grogan  go missing Sargent Mills.   Well according to Deanna foster the last time she heard from him was on the night of August 15th she said he was getting ready to go to the store for groceries and he might stop by her apartment a short time later that night. She,  Ms Foster said that was around 8:30pm. She didn't become concerned until 11:30pm she hadn't heard from Mr Grogan  for three hours; she then stated she called his phone and it went straight to voicemail. She said it was highly unusual of him to not answer his phone and she didn't know cordell  well enough to have his cellphone number, so she then called Blaylock and when he said he hadn't heard from Mr Grogans in sometime she called their other friends. Juanita wrote down the last bit of information" when were the police notified about Mr Grogans disappearance?" when his car was found abandoned just off Roosevelt avenue . someone had phoned in a tip about a blue Nissan altima sitting in the middle of the street with the drivers door open! So I sent two of my men down to investigate it. Who are the officers you sent out Sargent?  Mills looked down at his type up of the report Vasquez and roper, that's Damon Vasquez and Jeremy roper they aren't working  today if you wanted to speak to them!. Juanita shook her head no that won't be necessary what happened once they got to the car," well roper said he ran the license plate and the car was registered to one  Richard Grogan of ,1682 Beecham street Annabelle Texas.  Vasquez looked inside of the car and noticed blood splattered on the drivers seat it was a significant amount of blood to, but there was no sign of Mr Grogan? Luther Mills shook his head, around 2:30 am the morning of the 16th Ms Foster came down to the police station and said her friend  was missing. When asked who he was she told us Richard Grogan, at 8:15am  five and a half hours later Delphine Monroe was walking her dog down cypress street. She said the dog pulled away from her and ran behind the abandoned church, when she found him he was chewing on Mr Grogan's hand! Her screams alerted some garbage men who then called us. The Corner said Mr Grogan had been dead for at least eleven hours," so that means he must've been murdered moments after he got in his car and the killer dumped his body and then left his car. On Roosevelt said Juanita yes that's what we believe Sargent Mills nodded Mr Grogan was torn up badly his throat was slashed he had several stab and tear wounds on his face and his abdominal cavity was torn open. Dr. Anthony grimaced my God that's a gruesome way to die this wasn't a personal attack at all this was something a complete psychopathic person would do. When was Tyler Blaylock written off as a suspect? When he was found dead the next afternoon, said Sargent Mills.  His neighbor told the landlord that there was some. Weird fluid leaking down into her ceiling and she had heard some screams and movement the previous night before. When the landlord entered the apartment he found Mr Blaylock beheaded and tied to a chair. Right away we knew we were dealing with a mad man or a woman!  Juanita nodded yes women can be cold blooded just like men; but with this level of brutality I don't think we're dealing with a woman . We thought the murders were over for a while then a girl was found in Clifton park in November her throat was slashed and then of course Deanna earlier this month and now this murder and the attack on Andrew Grant. Dr. Anthony nodded was Brady Cordell ever questioned ? No he's disappeared and he apparently didn't have any ties to the community. All of a sudden Juanita Anthony sat up straight," Hold on I've heard of another string of killings like this six  years ago. Luther Mills eyes grew wide.
