Andrew dreamed again it was the same dream he had time and time again now. He was walking down a darken hallway, Aiden was walking besides him. Aiden wore a white shirt and black pants. At first Andrew was happy to see his lover he reached his hand out to take Aiden's. But at the last moment he retracted it he remembered what Aiden really was and what he had done to him. Aiden looked over at him; his eyes had darkened rings around them. And his skin was a pasty clammy white! He smiled at Andrew it was a sinister smile," what's the matter baby s don't you still love me? The Demonic version. Of Aiden said, Andrew looked at him repulsed get away from me you're a killer! Aiden chuckled am I baby don't act surprised now deep down you always suspected there was something dangerous about me. That's what turned you on Andrew shook his head no, no it didn't Aiden. Oh baby don't fool yourself; I know you maybe even better than you know you! I know somewhere inside you is the same beast that's inside me all you need to do is free him. Just then Andrew felt something squish beneath his feet, he looked down and saw he was sinking into the floor but it wasn't exactly the floor it had turned into a slopping mess of blood and pulsating worms Andrew screamed out as he began to sink. Aiden laughed and laughed as he saw Andrew struggle for his life. Finally Andrew felt the worms and blood spill into his mouth and he began to choke
As they squirmed inside of him! Andrew screamed himself awake. It had been a dream, he was ok and he hadn't seen or heard anything from Aiden in almost a four months. Aiden or Charles Grady as Andrew had come to discover his name was, had run off after he had attacked Bailey and Andrew that day in Bailey's trailer. Andrew had been taken to the hospital with a broken nose and a dislocated jaw and three broken ribs! The police had interviewed and questioned him for a week. Max's  Dad, Rachael, and some Sheriff from Arkansas Andrew really didn't know what to tell them he. So you mean to tell me you had no idea Mr Grady or Aiden as you knew him was The Rag Man killer? Rachael who had been sitting in the interview with John and Andrew cleared her throat. Andrew honey, please don't be dense. You know its him Lacey and I showed you pictures of the real Aiden, Dr Anthony let you talk to Aiden's parents on the phone. We went over this with you at least six times now. His real name is Charles Thomas Grady, he's been killing since he was a teenage boy. Andrew sniffled.  Look i know that but it just seems so unreal Andrew said. Sheriff John Henry spoke next Andrew it is real though and he's still out there. Remember when i came to see you in the hospital.  I No sir I don't Andrew had responded I was pretty out of it. I saw his eyes when Bailey hit him over the head in the trailer but that doesn't mean he's The Rag Man. Yes Mr grant it sure does! As a matter of fact we found this mask in The house he had been staying in here in Annabell sheriff Henry reached down beside his chair and held up a white porcelain doll face mask. Andrew gasp, oh my God Andrew put his hand to his mouth. He felt his stomach turn for a moment he thought he might vomit but nothing came up. Mr Grant are you ok sheriff Henry had asked " No. No sir I'm not fine I just found out my boyfriend... Well someone who I was involved with is a serial killer one whom. Killed one of my best friends and God knows how many others and almost killed me twice. Mr Grant if you need a moment I can step outside and let you collect yourself! No I'm ok sheriff Henry. Well myself and the other investigating officers found this in his suitcase at your parents house along with journal he apparently had two mask and. It looks like he had been keeping tabs on you, since October of 2013. My God that's just six weeks before the first murders in Annabelle happened isn't it sheriff? Yes as far as we know it is. Well Mr grant I'll let you go but please do be careful we don't know where Charles Is and he's still Dangerous. Andrew got up to leave but before exiting Sheriff John Henry called out to him Andrew turned and looked at him and Rachel! One more thing Mr Grant do you know a Rodney Griffen? Andrew looked puzzled at the sheriff no sir I don't why? Well he was the young man who was beaten at the frat party last month. Aiden attacked him; oh Andrew said what about him? Well he's gone missing it seems he went missing two days before you and Charles, I mean Aiden left Annabelle. I was just wondering if you knew what happened to him. Andrew shook his head No sir I don't, sheriff Henry nodded,  Andrew turned and  walked out of the door. That was in December. Andrew had taken the rest of the Fall semester off but he stayed in Annabelle.
Andrews parents hadn't wanted him to return to school but Andrew assured them that he would be safe. He wanted to be back in Annabelle with his friends and he wanted the normalcy of school and homework. After much debating his parents finally gave in and Andrew returned to school. His first weeks back were difficult, people kept staring at him and whispering" oh my God he's the killers boyfriend. Why did they let him back into school. He somehow made it through all of his classes. At first he just wanted to go back to his apartment and curl up on his sofa and cry. But before he could his phone vibrated in his pocket, it was Anita she had sent him a text " hey come and meet us for lunch at our usual spot love you and hope you are doing good. Andrew smiled and headed over to meet his friends, Anita and Max and Lacey sat at the table Nick wasn't there but Andrew didn't expect him to be! Lacey hugged Andrew as he went to sit down. Oh Andrew baby I'm so glad you're ok Andrew smiled at her, it takes more than a psychotic boyfriend to kill me. Anita took his hand and gave him a reassuring smile Max had smiled at him too. See we warned you about that dude didn't we? Andrew smiled yes you did I should've listened. I just hate I didn't maybe Casey would still be alive and all of those other people. Andrew began to weep. Anita hugged him. Andrew its gonna be ok from now own we have each others backs. We decided we're gonna take turns sleeping at your place and some nights you can sleep at ours. Until they catch that fucking creep. Andrew nodded and looked up his friends ok he said that sounds like a plan. This had happened four weeks ago, it was now January, 2015 and the cops had still not caught Aiden as a matter of fact there were no new leads. It was as if Aiden had disappeared from the face of the earth! Andrew got up from his bed and walked into his bathroom. He heard Max snoring on his pull out sofa, and Deira was sitting at Andrews table flicking her cigarette. And drinking coffee" morning Andrew honey how did you sleep? Andrew looked at her ugh. I had one of those nightmares last night, Deira looked concerned oh baby did you take your medicine? Andrew shook his head not yet. I was on the way to do that now, ok honey well you take your pills and shower and I'll have you some breakfast when you come out ok? Andrew nodded. Deira had become like a group mother figure for Andrew and his friends. Lacey hadn't slept over that night neither had Anita and her boyfriend Chris. Andrew was supposed to go stay with them tonight but he wasn't sure if he wanted to or not. He just wanted his life to be normal again but he supposed that wouldn't happen, until Aiden was apprehended. If he  ever was apprehended the voice in Andrews head chimed in. Andrew showered and dressed and came out to a plate of French toast and eggs. Deira made him eat the entire plate, Max had gone to his apartment to shower. Deira was washing dishes! Andrew looked at her Deira I can get the dishes. You don't have to do that Deira waved him off. I might not be able to stay tonight I've got a late study session and my daughter said she might stop by and take me out for dinner. But I'll stay the next night ok? Andrew nodded ok after he finished eating he got up and excused himself and went for the door. Hey Deira called back don't forget your books Andrew walked back to her and got his social science textbook. He rushed out of the door and out of the apartment. The school day went by with relative ease. He met up with Lacey and Anita and Max so Andrew are you coming over tonight Anita asked? I might Andrew said looking down at his phone I mean I have La-laurie and I think Max is staying aren't you Max? Max said yeah I was planning on staying anyway. Lacey chimed in yeah I'll probably drop by later on! Anita sighed ok then well I think Chris had some romantic dinner planned for us anyway. So I should probably go home and act surprised, she smiled and got up and walked away Andrew looked at her and all of a sudden a feeling of dread came over him. It was so intense he began to sweat! Lacey looked at him" Andrew are you ok? Andrew shook the feeling off yeah I'm ok I think I'm getting a head ache or something. Max looked at Andrew. Last night I heard you thrashing around in your sleep you sounded so distressed I almost went in to wake you up. But Deira stopped me, she said you were probably just having a night terror. Andrew frowned I had this crazy dream about Aiden that's all I'm gonna be fine we're all gonna be fine! Andrew gave Lacey and Max a reassuring smile. Later that night around 9:30 Anita lay in bed with Chris stroking his chest. So Chris asked looking at her smiling did you enjoy your dinner and your desert? Anita giggled yes I did; it was very filling. Chris smiled at her well thanks it was my pleasure, so you didn't have baby sitter duty tonight? Anita smacked him on the chest. Hey don't say that I promised Andrew I'd look out for him ok? Chris sighed sure. I mean he's an ok guy but seriously all he does is scream and look depressed now! Anita frowned at Chris well babe. He's been through a traumatic experience! He was almost killed by that sociopath, he needs us as his friends to help him ok? Chris signed ok baby. Look I think I left the back door unlocked I'm gonna go check on it I'll be right back ok. Anita nodded she looked slightly pissed off Chris could sense it, he climbed out of bed and walked out of their bedroom. Anita just lay there looking at her iPad" she couldn't believe how insensitive Chris could be sometimes. She wondered if he would be this way once they were parents. All of a sudden she heard a thud that sounded like it came from the kitchen. Anita frowned and put her iPad down and climbed out of bed. She started walking down the hallway, Chris is everything ok she called out, Chris didn't answer. She walked steadily down the hallway into the kitchen. She rounded the corner and saw Chris laying. On his back gurgling, blood Anita screamed and ran towards Chris. Oh God baby! what happened what did this" Chris had been stabbed in the stomach and his throat had been slashed. Chris was gurgling and trying to talk Anita stood up and walked to the counter to get her phone which had been charging. She picked it up and started dialing all of a sudden she heard a familiar voice
Say her name" Hello Anita" Anita dropped her phone and spun around to see Aiden Pierce. Standing almost directly behind her! she tried to scream but her screams. Were cut off by Aiden's hand cupping her mouth. Don't worry I know what I'm doing Aiden said with a smile. Then he stabbed Anita in her stomach Anita felt blinding pain! And felt warm liquid run down her bare legs. She became dizzy and started slumping down. Aiden smiled down at her, I wish I could stay but Andrew and I have plans I'll give him your regards of course. Aiden walked off stepping over Chris and out of their sliding glass door, Anita tried to reach up for her phone. Everything went black before she could.
