You walked down the hallway with your friends at your side planning for tonight's adventure which was apparently ordering pizza and then hanging out in your basement to play FIFA like every other Friday.
"Alright, who's paying then?" Michael asked as you all got to his van.
"Seeing as how you all invited yourselves into my house again, I'm most certainly not," you chuckled, getting into the front seat.
"If you aren't paying, why should you get shot-gun?" Calum groaned as he slipped into the far-back seat.
"Because I am a superior life form," you replied in the most serious tone you could manage.
"Oh please. You can barely speak English, Y/N," he scoffed in return as everyone else piled in.
"Leave her alone Calum," Michael chuckled shaking his head as he drove to your home.
"Why, you like her or something?" He teased with a smirk as you heard your best friend, Jamie, giggle from next to her boyfriend, Luke, while Ashton and Luke chuckled as if they all knew something. Which they did. As did you. Michael didn't know you that you knew that he liked you, but you did. He also didn't know that you were in worse condition than he was.
"Pfft. No. She's like my best friend Calum. Piss off. You're being annoying," Michael replied rapidly with a nervous chuckle. You saw his ears turn a bright red and you couldn't help the giggle from coming out of your throat but you were able to muffle it with a cough.
"Whatever you say man," Calum replied as he got out his phone.
You pulled up in your driveway and walked into your house, simultaneously plopping your backpacks beside the door as Luke ordered the pizza. Everyone then went into the basement and played FIFA until the pizza came. You went to get it as Jamie and Luke each pulled out fifteen dollars to pay.
"Hey Michael, why don't you go help her out?" Ashton asked with the same smirk Calum had earlier.
"Uh-, yeah, sure. Okay," he replied as he got up and we walked to get the pizza.
You answered the door and got the pizza from the guy and when you got the pizza and turned, you felt him stare at your arse and you felt uncomfortable. Then he did something that you didn't expect.
"Nice arse, Y/N," he whispered with a pinch as he was about to leave, you then saw Michael at the other side of the room with clenched fists.
"What did you just do?" He asked in a harsh tone.
"Calm down. I didn't do anything man. It's all fun and games, right babe?" The pizza guy asked with a wink as you backed away from him slowly and shook my head. You were touch one too many times as a kid, so to speak.
"No," you replied as Michael walked up to him, grabbed him by the collar and pushed him against the wall.
"Did you just pinch her arse?" He asked with dark eyes. You were scared to say the least.
"Yeah," the pizza guy replied calmly. "What are you going to do about it? Besides, it's not like you're dating-."
Then Michael snapped and punched the guy straight in the jaw. You've never seen Michael get into a fight. You rarely ever saw him mad.
"Fucking prick, now you've done it," the pizza guy replied as he began to fight back. You watched them fight on your lawn in shock when you finally came back to reality and yelled out for the other boys who came running and broke up the fight.
The pizza guy left with a bloody nose, several bruises, and a jacked lip. Michael on the other hand, had a scar along the other scar on his forehead because of his piercings, a black eye and a jacked lip. He looked gorgeous to you still.
Everone stood in silence for a couple of minutes. "Um, we'll leave you two," Jamie said as she rushed the other boys back to the basement.
"Okay," you whispered, waiting until they left. "You shouldn't have done that Mickey," you sighed after a minute and grabbed a wet towel.
"Yes I did," he replied from the counter he was sitting on as he moved his head to an angle in which you could clean his wounds.
"No you didn't. Now you're all hurt," you pouted as he winced at the touch of the washcloth.
"Doesn't matter. He violated you. You don't deserve that," he said in a hushed tone, grabbing the hand you had on his forehead. "I had to because I-, I love you, Y/N. I always have," he continued, staring straight into your eyes.
You both slowly leaned in and you wrapped your arms around his neck while his arms found their way around your waist. You finally kissed him, and it lasted quite long. It felt right as your lips slowly moved in sync and you breathed the same breaths. You smirked thinking about your own response.
"I knew that already," you chuckled as you surfaced for air and messed with the hairs at the back of his neck.
"How?" He asked incomplete confusion.
"You're bad at hiding things. Unlike me, because I know something you don't," you giggled.
"Obviously," he groaned, face palming and wincing. "Probably shouldn't have done that," he chuckled.
"That wasn't it."
"Then what was it?"
"I love you too, Michael Clifford," you smiled as he smiled three times as wide and kissed you again.
"Really?" He asked, your foreheads resting on one another.
"Really." You answered as your friends came from the hall cheering."Hey, can 'really' be our 'okay'?" He asked, but before you could answer, something happened that you somehow expected.
"It finally happened!" They shouted as you groaned, hiding your face in Michael's chest.
"We're you there the entire time?" Michael groaned.
"Yes," Calum replied with a smirk.
"There's one thing left to do now," Ashton smiled.
"What would that be, Irwin?" Michael asked.
"Take her out for pizza."
