I was walking down the hallway to my transfiguration class. As I turned the corner I had accidentally ran into a raven haired boy.

I'd seen him before. He was in both my potions class and charms. But he had a different look on his face from normal.

" sorry." He said rubbing his face. He kept his head down and walked away quickly.

That was weird. You thought to yourself.

On your way to potions, you noticed the same raven haired boy walking just a little bit in front of you.

" hey! Wait up." You said putting your book away and running up to the mysterious boy.

" uhh... are you talking to me? The boy said questionably and confused.

" yes you. Where are you going?"

" well the same place your going, potions."

" do you like his class?"

" no. I don't like him at all." The boy put his head back down.

" come to think of it, I don't like him either. You wanna skip class?"

" yes! Anything to get away from class today."

You both ran down the hall and hid behind the banners hanging on the wall.

After the coast was clear you both made your escape plan.

You darted outside into the cloudy blue skies.

You both rested on a long talking more and more about classes and how they came to this place.

You both took a short walk down to Hagrids hut and back. You both laid down on the soft, flower covered, ground. Looking up at the clouds and pointing at which ones you thought had shapes in them.

You both laughed and carried on till you heard people running out.

You both dashed up the stairs back into the large building. You both exchanged looks and then busted out laughing.

" hey. Do you wanna go to my common room? I can introduce you to my friends."

" sure" you said shrugging your shoulders.

You both quietly snuck past and finally made your way to the Gryffindor common room.

He whispered the password to get in and you both climbed through the painting.

You guys talked some more until you finally saw two people walk through the door.

They were talking to each other when he interrupted them.

" hey guys!"

" oh for gosh sakes Harry! We thought you were dead!"

She said while hitting him over the head with his book.

" bloody hell Hermione." The other boy said to who I was guessing was Hermione Granger.

" who do you have here Harry?"

She said giving you a toothy smile.

" this is y/n. We got started talking today and it turns out we have a lot in common."

" hi y/n! I'm Hermione. Hermione Granger."

" and I'm Ron. Ron Weasley."

They both came over and shook your hand.

" it's nice to meet you both." You said returning a smile.

" what nice weather we're having today isn't it?" Harry asked his friends.

" yea. To bad we can't go to Hogsmeade." Hermione said looking out the window.

" I wouldn't be able to go anyways."

After roaming for a while Harry said he would take you back to your common room.

" hey thanks, I had a lot of fun today. We should do this another time."

" no thank you. If you hadn't of suggested we skip I would've never gotten to know you."

" oh um y/n..." he said stopping you at the painting.

" yea?"

" I just uh wanted to tell you... um..." he just stared at you with a blank expression.

" tell me what?" You said confused.

" I uh well... ok. I didn't want to tell you this before cause we just met and I thought it would be weird and so then I wasn't going to say anything..."

Before he could get anymore words out you reached up and kissed him lightly on the lips.

He held you tightly as you both exchanged looks.

" I like you too Harry."

He smiled widely.

You let go giving him one more hug before you told the painting the password and walked in.

You went straight to bed exhausted from the day.

You smiled from playing the scene over in your head. a few seconds later you drifted off into a deep sleep.

It really was a happy day.
