Fully charged: Space Rulers

Chapter 1

Voices were heard, and bright lights too. I shot my eyes wide open after a couple minutes of my systems coming back online. I looked around, a bright lab with many electronics with Dr. Light, Hypno Woman, and Ice Man beside me. I made the mistake and flipped my head to the other side and saw Wave Man, face to face, seeing if I was ok.
"A-are you ok matchstick? Does anything hurt??"
I jumped back in surprise, and a loud yell came out of me,
"AAA WHAT THE FUCK-"
And I toppled over onto the ground like a clown. I got back up to see a teary eyed Wave Man. The lights dimmed.
"Wave Man, we discussed about this, you shouldn't startle him with questions first thing."
"I-I'm sorry, I just missed him so much!"
Cried Wave Man, man what a crybaby. I noticed something different, he had hands... I looked down and saw a pair of grey hands, and my eyes widened.
"I'm given... hands?"
"Yes, I found files in your database and saw your original blueprints, you were supposed to have hands. You also have 8 other robot siblings that were scrapped as soon as they were activated."
Dr. Light said. I grunted in response and continued looking until saw the blue kid, Mega Man, behind Wave Man. I wasn't surprised at all, he was the one who brought me here, I wonder how long I've been out. I turned around back to the trio, eying them.
"There's more things, huh?"
After an uncomfortable amount of silence and staring, Ice Man chirped up, maybe we should call him Penguin, because they chirp, right?
"Yeah!! Dr. Light have given you guys the ability to remove your helmets and have full faces like us!"
I blinked a couple of times, how the hell can someone do that?? I heard Wave Man sigh and the clicking of his helmet to show what he looked like..

I was fascinated by his features, they exactly fit him yet don't. I wanted to take my helmet off too but my mind lingered on the 8 other robots, who were they?
"Hey can you show me how to take my helmet off?"
That's what I said, instead of my fucking siblings. Dr. Light helped me take off my helmet, and I looked into the metal of the walls, at my reflection..

I liked it. I really did. Hypno Woman brought my attention back and broke the news,
"The reason why you weren't able to get back so quickly is because the city is on the verge of an energy crisis and we found a robot master that can help, but they're in the lab you were built in. They're name is Solar Woman."
I blinked and asked about the others, they responded back,
"Heat Man, Pharaoh Man, Charge Woman, Napalm Man, Flame Man, Solar Woman, Burner Man, Torch Man, and then you."
I was stunned, but also not..? I just nodded.
"So what's the current events?"
I say.... like a middle aged dad.
"Well, there's a new bad robot master around, his name is Skull Man, Guts Man and Blasto Woman teamed up with him, and he has a whole army of broken robots. We're not sure about the others but we have enough evidence that the emerging energy crisis is linked to them."
Mega Man said,
"So, how long do we have until these guys come out and attack the city?"
I asked, Wave Man replied,
"I don't think we have much, but I like to believe so, my best bet is to get going either tonight or tomorrow when we locate this lab."
The room fell into silence before Dr. Light going to a computer and pulling up as many tabs as he can.
"I believe I have found three places that are most likely where it is."
He pulled up a map where we all gathered around and showed each suspected area and country.
"Our first area is suspected to be in Northern France, where a lot of castles are. It'd be a great area to place a lab in where no one would suspect. Our second area is in the southern half of New Zealand, hopefully near Wellington, where Wave Man was made. The third place is in Eurasia, specifically in one of my colleagues' labs. His name is Dr. Mikhail Sergeyevich Cossack. I will contact him and see if he can do any help."
We all were still quiet before Wave Man asked,
"That's great! But should we start with Dr. Cossack and then go on?"
Dr. Light pondered for a moment, we all did, before,
"Yes, start with Mikhail, then go on and travel to France, then back to here, then New Zealand."
I nodded, all of this information hurts my head, and we disbanded. Hours into the night, and Dr. Light was able to get Mikhail's confirmation that he didn't make the 9 bots. Apparently this Dr. Cossack has a 15 year old daughter, the same age as Light's children. I was sitting next to Wave Man, who was clinging to me, constantly asking if I was alright. I wasn't, but I said I was for his sake. He finally tired himself out and slumped onto my body and slept. Dr. Light was able to get a means of transportation to France, where both me and Wave Man traveled out through Eurasia via the land bridge and drive out through Germanic union, to France. Then get back through the same way to Japan, then fly out to New Zealand.

Time fled, at around 12 at night we departed from the Light house and out of the city into the highway. Just the two of us, me and Wave Man, who is half asleep. I saw him jolt up and placed his helmet on, he saw something out there, and it's definitely moving.
"Fire Man, holy fucking shit someone's flying at us, get your helmet on!"
I completely ignored the road laws and got on my helmet before I sped up the car. Wave Man got a better look and saw Blasto Woman, flying at us at max speed.
"IT'S BLASO WOMAN!"
Wave Man screeched, my fucking stars he sounded like a whole-ass siren. I pulled the car over and shot a wave of fire at her. This stopped her for a moment before Wave Man could fly her backwards with water. We drove off and lost her.
"Looks like she gave up..."
My partner said, I nodded and drove along the highway into the forest, where it connected through. Out of the corner of my eye I saw a green and brown blur, then another, then another. Wave Man looked around frantically, until a loud thump was heard. I abruptly stopped the car and the robot lost their balance and fell before swiftly getting back up.

It was Wood Man.

He crouched down between us, at blade point, and asked,
"What are you two doing?"
I raised a covered eyebrow and said,
"We're going to France, jackass."
"Why?"
"We're trying to locate a robot to help the city's almost energy crisis."
Wood Man was still suspicious and told me to pull over, so I did. He explained how he was on edge even more because of Skull Man, Wave Man assured the war robot that it's going to be ok, because the city had powerful defenses. Wood Man was still on edge but was calmed down,
"I would like to accompany your journey to find this Solar Woman."
We looked at each other before nodding, Wood Man tasked Ice Man to protect the forest before departing with us. He got in the back seat, and I sped off. Everything was smooth sailing, and the three of us entered Eurasia to meet up with Dr. Cossack.
