The next two days were spent with me sleeping and recovering while everyone else worked on trying to contact Jaxon. Razimir finally got a hold of Xena and she was on her was from Alaska, but Jaxon wasn't picking up. Now it was up to Uriah and to try and locate him with our powers.
I was now sitting at the table in the little kitchen trying to eat a sandwich that Razimir was forcing me to eat when there was a knock on the door.
Everyone stopped what they were doing and reached for the nearest weapon. Razimir got up when whoever was at the door knocked again this time urgently. I could here several voices on the other side of the door.
Razimir opened the door and stuck his head out. It was a minute before he sighed and opened the door wide. At the door Joseph and Reyna were standing there with their kids and Izzy. I stood up and joined Razimir at the door.
“Joseph what are you doing here?" I ask him tiredly. He rolled his eyes before groaning. “Please tell me you did not forget."
I looked at him before it clicked. I was supposed to baby sit for two days while they took Noah and Jacob with them to visit Tammy' s parents. Dad and Tammy were also going but I wasn't because... well I really don't know.
“Its fine it's just two kids Raven." Uriah said from behind me. I looked at Raz and he nodded. “Okay fine. But why am I not going, not that I really want to." I asked my brother.
Joseph raised an eyebrow at me. “Tammy' s parents and very religious and very close minded. You are not, you're more violent, crazy, impulsive, opinionated, and-"
“Okay I get it. Alex and I are not very suitable for meeting the grandparents." I hiss at him. He smiles cheekily and ducks away from my punches.
“Alright enough you two." Rena intervenes. “The girls have clothes and everything, but don't give Ally any nuts and oregano she's allergic. Bed time, I don't care. Expect a Skype call tonight from us. Tammy' s will want to meet you and Alex. So yeah that's all." She says pulling Joseph down the hall.
I slam the door and look at the two girls. They look back at me expectantly. “Go to the room on the left and watch tv for a little. I don't care what just don't make a mess." I yell as they walk away. I walk back to the counter and take a bite out of my sandwich.
Everything goes back to normal and everyone is working even I am trying to locate Jaxon when my vision goes blurry for a second then everything goes black. I stop in the middle of the room trying not to trip over anything and fall.
I fight my vision for a second then a searing pain stabs me in the head and my legs give out from underneath me. “Shit! Raven!" I hear Razimir say and get up. I feel his arms slide around my waist and pick me up off the floor.
“She's fine! She's just having a vision. Raven stop fighting it!" Alex commands me. I feel a bit of power behind her voice and I instantly relax. A flood of pictures rush me all at once like a wave of water. I finally pick up on one and my mind settles down.
It's a battle scene, and I'm running through the streets. I spot the dark Angel and launch myself at him but he anticipates my attack and throws me to the ground. A heavy sword is held against my throat and I stop moving instantly.
My vision blurs to me standing in a lace white dress hugging Gabriel. We pull back and I gaze at him lovingly. He does the same. I'm confused until I realise that this is our wedding. Izzy runs up into the scene and wraps her arms around the both of us.
The three of us a family.
My vision blurs again and I'm looking down at everyone gathered around a pile of smoldering rubble. I'm the only one kneeling and I have a field knife clutched tightly in my hand. There is dirt and dust all in my hair and scratches adorning my body.
