Okay I know some of you guys are probably veeerrrryyyy confused right now but after a suggestion I've decided to change my story up again. For those of you who got to read the chapter before it was deleted great, and those who didn't sorry. So here we go again, but I don't mind the story wouldn't have made much sense with it anyways.
I'm doing this for YOU Dalia! You guys should thank her because she threatened to hunt me down if I didn't update today.
I plunked down onto one of the soft cushions that sat across from Ilari. He jumped when he saw me but groaned when he saw who I really was.
“Ahh... Anastasia... it's a pleasure." He said taking a sip of his tea. Ilari still looked the same from the last time I saw me, just a lot older. He still had his long black hair that always seemed to stay straight.
His light brown eyes shined pleasantly, a vast differences from the last time we were all together. He had gained some muscle mass and now had a small white scar on the side of his neck.
“It's Raven now." I told him he nodded and glanced behind me. “Why is there another you staring at is over there." He asked nodding to where Alex was.
I sighed and told him the story about the two of us. “Well that's not weird or mysterious." He said sarcastically. He shook his head when a waitress came over to refill his cup.
She glanced over at me and frowned slightly. With another glance at Ilari she went away. “So why Japan?" I ask him glancing around at the restaurant.
“Well if you haven't already noticed this is the mutant hot spot. Can't be hunted if you don't stand out." He said glancing at my pocket.
“You've got an incoming call." He said, and sure enough my phone rang not a second later. “Sorry.." I murmured when I saw it was Gabriel.
“Hey what's going on?" I ask my thoughts immediately flying to Izzy. “Izzy is fine if and I am to." He said a little too sarcastically.
“Good, did her fever go down? She didn't throw up again did she?" I asked while I fiddled with the place mat.
While Gabriel filled me on Izzy I looked back at Alex asking with my eyes what our status was. She rolled her eyes and nodded.
“I should be back early tomorrow morning, are we still going over to Joseph's Sunday night?" I ask setting up a schedule in my head.
“Yeah but my mom is coming tomorrow afternoon." He said guilty. I closed my eyes taking a quick mindful minute in an effort to calm my anger.
“And how long have you known?" I asked slowly. I didn't have anything against Gabriel's mom. I just wish he would have told me.
“Awhile... I can pick her up after work." He said still sounding a little guilty. “It's fine, I'll can come to I just have to stop by work." I said looking back at Alex. She tapped her wrist urgently and nodded her head in the direction of a man sitting in the corner stating intently at us.
I nodded. “Okay I have to go... I'll call you when I get ready to leave." I say slowly.
“Okay, love you." He said. I smiled and said I love you back before handing up.
“Looks like you've got a lot on your plate." Ilari says in a teasing way. I make face at him.
“So I need your help. We've got a situation with a certain Angel of destruction..." I quickly fill him in.
“Well I'm in..." He says simply. “Its boring lately and I've been needing a good adventure." He says like we where comparing prices of a car.
“Okay." I say. I'm really surprised he agreed. “I can leave tonight with you guys. But we might want to get out of here now because someone is about to start a fight." He said placing a couple bank notes on the table.
I stood up and walked with him out of the restaurant. Alex had already walked out before us and was halfway down the street.
I thought we had escaped trouble but of course I was wrong. In a matter of seconds I was pulled roughly into a side alley and thrown onto the ground.
A heavy body crashed onto my back and knocked the breathe out of my lungs. I cried out when a sharp pain radiated from the small of my back.
I heard Ilari yell and then cracking of bones signalling he had just shifted.
After a few seconds the heavy weight was knocked off of me and I was able to roll over onto my side. I groaned and saw a grey and black wolf tear the man from the restaurant to shreds.
He screeched loudly and dissolved into a cloud of dark dust. The wolf turned around in time for me to pass out.
Third Person POV
“What happened?!" Alex yelled when she rounded the corner of the alley and saw her twin crumpled in the ground and Ilari turned into a wolf.
Ilari whined and circled Raven's body. “Ugh..." Alex groaned as she pulled her phone out of her pocket.
“Yeah we have a situation, on the corner of that restaurant we passed, and um bring a spare change of clothing." She said before hanging up.
Kneeling on the ground, Alex picked up Raven's head and slapped her face lightly trying to wake her up. She felt for her pulse and sighed in relief when she felt one.
Something was egging at her though to check her back. Carefully she rolled her over and lifted her shirt.
In between the winding Dragon tattoo on her back there was a small pin prick with a black liquid slowly spreading out under her skin like patchwork.
“Shit!" Alex cursed. Of all the times Raven had to be poisoned. Slapping her knee in frustration she pulled the shirt back over her back.
Alex looked up quickly at the sound of screeching tires and Ilari growled defensively. He stopped when Dmitri and Razimir jumped out quickly.
“What happened?" Razimir demanded, dropping to his knees beside Alex. “I don't know everything was fine until we were attacked." She said frantically.
“By what?" he questioned her. “I don't know I never saw it. All I know is what ever it was, it poisoned her. Look." She said pulling at her shirt.
Razimir cursed when he saw the poison. The pattern had grown and she was becoming feverish. “It was a demon..." Dimitri said very quickly.
“Yeah the thing just disappeared when I killed it." Ilari said pulling on the shirt Dimitri gave him.
“Okay everyone take your hand off her, just back up. I'm gonna try something." Dimitri said placing his hands on her back.
When he whispered a couple ancient words his hands started to grow a white light even brighter than his hair.
The poison started to slowly recede back and Dmitri kept on reciting the words until all of it was gone.
He leaned back on his haunches looking a little worn out but he nodded. “She'll be fine." He said standing up unsteadily. “Let's just go now." He said heading back to the car. Alex got up to and went after him.
Razimir sighed and hoisted Raven up in his big arms. “How's it going Ilari?" he asked as they walked back to the car.

When they got back to the hotel Razimir put raven in bed and everyone took turns showering and getting ready to leave.Ilari called someone and they brought him a suitcase of clothes.
Raven ended up waking up but she was still in a lot of pain and very groggy.
When they got to the airport Razimir arranged for a wheelchair so they wouldn't bring attention to themselves.
They finally got onto the plane and took off just as night fell
