Stella's POV
Its a beautiful morning. I'm in my store and no customer has come yet. I think I'll go and have a coffee. My mom's seated beside me. She has suffered alot, alot more than I can ever imagine. She worked day and night just to educate me and served me everything that a normal child needed. And by God's grace we're neither poor nor rich. But my mom however managed to provide me whatever I wished for.
I stood up.
''Where are you going honey?'' My mom asked.
''I thought of just grabbing a coffee. Can I if you don't mind?'' I asked her though I knew her answer.
''Sure.''
I went to the Café just opposite to my bookstore. And just as I opened the door the manager of that place came up jogging to me.
''Hello. Welcome Stella! How are you? Please, please take a seat. What would you like?'' He asks all this as if I'm a celebrity. But why was he behaving like this ? He was never so good to me.
''Uh...um..thank you. I would like..'' I say hesitantly.
''Wait.. I'll bring you the special coffee.'' He cuts me off.
He comes with a hot coffee to my table and placed it on my table. I slide my fingers on the curved body of the cup and picked ot up to touch my lips. Yum...it was so tasty..lol. I could feel the hot coffee flowing down my food pipe and then in my stomach.
Then i reverted my eyes to the manager who was constantly looking at me with a great big smile. I knew definitely something was fishy.
''So...sir what's going on?'' I asked. Taking another sip of the coffee.
''Everything's going amazing. Because of you, this café is earning a lot of money!'' He said even happier.
''Me? Because of me? Explain please?'' I said with a frown.
''Well, there's a guy who comes here everyday just to look at you. And drinks up to three - four cups. This is how I'm earning money everyday.'' He says that left me shocked. I was drinking coffee and as I heard this, I choked.
A guy comes here everyday just to look at me? How gross is that. The feeling itself is so uncomfortable. I am not one of those girls who is going to blush on such things. Thats definitely not me. Why would a guy even do that? I think such things used to happen only in 80s and 90s. I mean c'mon who does it now ....staring a girl for such a long time. What does he thinks of himself? Am I some kind of a showpiece that he comes to this café , drink number of coffee cups and just keep looking at me. Huh...thats so disgusting. I want to meet that guy and kick his balls.
''Sir, I want to meet that guy. How dare he do that! I want to slap him!'' I whisper shouted. Yes, ofcourse they were people here and I can't embarrass myself.
''Stella please don't get angry. Please don't do anything like that. My business will drop. I'm earning alot of profit. He just stares at you. What else more he does. Afterall looking at a girl is not a sin. Please?'' He pleaded.
''I understand sir. But I can't be the reason of your profit. Hence, I need to meet him. I won't create a scene here. I promise... but just let me know who he is. Please sir?'' I requested.
''Okay. Only because your mom had helped me in my bad times and that your her daughter, I will do it. Take a seat at the corner. He'll be coming here any moment. Be alert.''
''Thank you so much sir!'' I thanked him with a great smile.
I quickly took a seat at the corner. The door opened and 3 guys came in. All three went in different directions. I looked at the manager and he pointed towards one of them. He was alone.
