It seemed as if the world existed just for them. How was their life you wonder?.... Filled with bliss and hope. But the very world that blessed them, seemed to mock them for their euphoric life. And thus plunged them into the depths of darkness....
I have been attending to the guests for 3 hours now. I'm so tired and hungry. I didn't eat anything before coming so that I could fit into the dress but Hyunjin insisted otherwise. I should've listened to him shouldn't I have? Well anyways, I can't see him.
I scanned around to look for him and there he was among the crowd. The most handsome and poised one out there.

Unknowingly I began walking towards him.
"Miss Kang!" I heard a voice.
I turned around to look for the source of the voice. Ah..it's him, that old geezer.
"Oh Mr Kwon.....what a pleasure to meet you." I shook his hands flaunting my business smile.
" The pleasure's all mine" he said picking up a wine glass from the table.
Yeah right. Of course the pleasure's all yours because that's what you do right. Snatch away other people's happiness. If it hadn't been for you then I would be talking to Hyunjin right now.
I decided to push away all of those thoughts from my head for I had to convince him to work with our company.
"Mr Kwon, I was wondering if you were interested in inves-"
"Of course but before that I would like to introduce you to my son over here" He pointed at a man walking towards us.
"Hello Miss Kang. My name is Kwon Jaehwa" He raised his hand for a handshake.
Ugh. Now I have to shake hands his son too!? Who does that old geezer think he is for cutting off my words.
Well its at least better than being punished by my dad.
"Hello Mr Jaehwa. My name is Kang Hyunhee." I shook his hands. They were cold unlike Hyunjin's which had always been warm and gentle.
"Ah Yes....you were saying something earlier?"
"Yes I was wondering if the Kwon group would like to do business with us and invest in our new project?"
"Of course, of course....we'd love to collaborate with KH group."
"Especially if it has beautiful ladies like you."He said in a low voice but enough for me to hear.
Disgusting... he's just like his father. They think women are incapable and just tools. If it were me I would never work with such fools. But I have to respond, for the sake of my company.
No, for the sake of my freedom.
"You flatter me Mr Jaehwa." It disgusted me to say these words to such a man. But at least I got them to work with us.
We then discussed about the business for an hour and decided to meet at a later date.
